“Hey! I'm Aaron and I'm the Founder/CEO of Boatbound. I've been a boater since I was young. Growing up in California 30 minutes from Millerton Lake we spent most summer days on the lake boating and jet skiing. My first experience operating a boat came on a 24' Cobalt, but I've been at the helm of all kinds, shapes, and sizes of boats. Now based in Seattle, I'm on a mission to explore the PNW by water... In 2006 I joined Carefree Boat Club in Washington DC where I received multiple certifications. Being in a boat club was great, but being limited to a regional area was frustrating. I try to get out on as many boats as I can, so if I'm in your area, expect me to say hello!”

What can I say, when it comes down to it, Aaron is the man. Frankly, I was quite surprised when I received the request but I wasn't concerned with trusting my boat to him at all. Not only is Aaron an experienced operator but he also knows the Potomac waters really well.
But the best part, of course, was being engaged in the the Boatbound's promotional tour. I feel honored that I could help out and I have had a great time as well. Aaron took great care of my boat and his friends enjoyed a great day on the river. So there is no question to whether or not I would rent to him again.
It was a pleasure and personal honor renting to Aaron Hall, I truly appreciate that he took the time to rent my boat. He was in town promoting Boatbound and saw that I had a cancellation and decided to replace the cancellation. There is no question whether or not I would rent to him again or whether I would recommend him to renters.
Renting my boat to Aaron was a distinct pleasure. Even though it was a short notice rental we communicated effectively and the day went without a hitch. Aaron brought along two friends and his dog, Lucy, (he was very thoughtful to ask permission first) who were all delightful. They returned the boat so clean I didn't have to do a thing when I took my mother-in-law for a lake picnic the next day:) I hope they come again soon and bring more of their friends.
