A complete waste! The owner sent us out on a faulty boat. We were picked up an hour late. The boats speakers were completely shot. The boat then broke down and we needed to be towed in….. now the owner is lying and denying everything and boat setter will not refund.

Alejandro was such a great captain caring much about our confort and the best places to go. Also very patience with the kids.
The communication before the rental was efficient and informative. He took the time to guide us through the canal to the open water, pointing out landmarks that would help us navigate our way. We had a great time. I would appreciate having more toys and inflatables for the kids since it was advertised. Also the speakers on the upper deck didn't work well.

Great owner, great captain, great boat and great area!! It was a full day of fun! Literally 5 stars!! Only thing it would have been nice to know ahead of time that you have to pay for parking $50 cash at the pick up spot or use the public parking across the street and it’s $40. The information also said the boat had inflatables, but it didn’t. However, our boat was the most popular among everyone as everyone watched us use the great slide and made a great day!!
