Tommy was an amazing boat captain! He had excellent communication the day of charter, was very personable, and knew exactly where the hot spots were for our bachelorette party! I would definitely book his charter again!

My group had a blast with our 4 hour cruise along the water! Captain Todd was great with giving us options while out on the water and was an excellent captain with helping us load and unload the boat. The boat was perfect for our group of 8! Would definitely recommend booking a boat with Tommy!

The boat was impeccably clean and stocked. It was every inch a sleek luxury experience. This was a perfect day on the water. We left wanting more which is a testament to the boat and Captain.

Family of 4…. Tommy is professional, fun, knowledgeable and went out of his way to provide a personalized experience catered to what we wanted to do and see (and planned/navigated south Florida weather like a pro)… absolutely beautiful boat, stopped by Peanut and Munion Island and even a quick cocktail at Sailfish Tiki Bar… not exaggerating, spend 3-4 hours and you won’t regret it. Thanks man, perfect day! My son may become a captain as a result…KB

Myself, my 3 children and 2 grandkids, ages 6 & 10 had the best day ever on this lovely new yacht! Tommy was so helpful setting up our trip! Captain Cordon and Kesley were fantastic! They knew all the fun spots to take us and all the history and celebrity homes! Kelsey served us lunch and beverages that we brought. We were treated like royalty! Champagne on the floating island was very special! We went snorkeling too! Cordon and Kelsey were very fun to be around as well as professional! Loved it

Tommy took my family out for an incredible day on the water that will be hard to top. The boat was gorgeous, luxurious, and extremely roomy for our party of 7. We will absolutely try to book Tommy and his boat again in the very near future.

My entire experience booking with Tommy was great. They processed the reservation quickly, were very responsive to all our questions or communication. The day of the captain, Jonathan called and sent pictures of where to meet, making the arrival easy. He was an excellent captain and took us on a great trip! Great day on the water with Tommy. Girls' bachelorette party! Would recommend this boat for any size group, but particularly larger parties. The weather was just ok, but everything else about the day was awesome!

We loved the slide, we had teenagers so that was so much fun for them. The boat was comfortable and perfect for 11 people. The captain was knowledgeable and overall we had a great time. The giant floating is separate and you want it to have to reserve it ahead of time and I didnt know that.

Wonderful day cruising the intracoastal and enjoying peanut island! Tommy and Shaw were great, very knowledgeable, and safely navigated our group on this beautiful boat! My 88 year old grandmother joined us and Tommy and Shaw were incredibly attentive and helpful getting her on and off the boat - she even got in the water to swim which was fantastic! Absolute scam of an operation. The captain Cogan texted us the night before departure saying there was a “mechanical issue” with the boat we had booked and paid for, offering two “solutions” - either change our itinerary to accommodate another group or pay more for a bigger boat. For $200 more, he provided a “free stewardess” who ended up being his girlfriend that he made out with during the trip, cut 4 hour charter short an hour, and we anchored 200 yards away from the marina. Beware of scam

Great experience with Boatsetter! Booking was easy, and Tommy was always quick to answer my questions. Captain John was friendly, professional, and made our day on the water fantastic. We also appreciated the cooler stocked with ice and snacks. Two small improvements: I would have preferred earlier contact from the captain regarding where to meet to get on the boat and the floating mat I paid for wasn’t on board. However, I received a refund for that. We’d definitely book with Boatsetter again!

Our original boat had mechanical issues before we were picked up, so we were assigned a new, even bigger boat, which was an awesome surprise! Phil & Kay were attentive, fun & great hosts for our day exploring West Palm Waters. They provided tons of ice to keep our drinks cold, and brought along a water float that fit our entire crew. My family and I reserved a 3 hr boating experience in West Palm Beach with a floating island with Tommy. Tommy was a no show so another guy helped take over. There was hardly communication, parking was closed, our floating raft not provided, fridge not working, new captain didnt know where the anchor was on the boat. The water and soda’s were also not included like the listing said. We could have rented a pontoon better. Asked for partial refund and they refused. Zero stars.

Tommy was very talkative and polite to our bachelorette group! He made us feel so welcomed. Boat was clean and stocked with drinks and ice. Tommy went above and beyond for us and we appreciate him immensely. 10/10

We sat for 40 min on the ground waiting for the boat to arrive. We arrived at 9:50 expecting to depart at 10 for our scheduled trip. Boat not there and didn't have gas. Our capt didn't arrive until 10:30am-although he made up for it and was a great captain we had a great trip but there was lots of miscommunication leading up to it. Our captain changed, I was given the wrong captains phone number to communicate with morning of etc. and was rudely spoken to on phone saying "not their fault"?

Tommy was an awesome host with a wealth of knowledge of the old palm beach and surrounding areas. Highly suggest cruising the ICW and a stop at peanut island. Boat was immaculate and stocked with snacks and drinks. This was my 2 year olds first time on a boat that surely none of us will forget! Will definitely be booking again.

Tommy and Shah navigated a breezy day for a tour on the Intercoastal skillfully and with great stories about the history and houses we saw. They could not have been better hosts, providing our choice of music and anticipating anything we might need or want. We will look for opportunities to sail with them again soon. Our Capt. Phil and his stew Cammy were great. I had my family on board celebrating a birthday. The crew was very accommodating in picking us up at our desired location (which wasn't the easiest pick up point) and taking us where we wanted to go. The boat was new, very clean and perfect for a S Fla cruise. The only negative was the boat had motor issues (not a fan of Mercury 600 Verados). We all made the best of it and most importantly we all had a blast.

The Chris Craft had an issue so we had to go with Tommy's partner Johnathan on their Saxdor and it was a great trip. The boat was immaculate and Johnathan took us on a nice tour and expertly navigated around a storm. We also got to enjoy two sandbar stops for the kids. All in all, a great experience.

We had such a great time on our boat ride with Captain John! There were five of us, and the boat was super spacious with plenty of room to relax. We connected our phone to Bluetooth and played our own music, which made the vibe perfect. The cooler was stocked with ice, and Captain John even provided snacks. We cruised to a quiet beach, then enjoyed a scenic ride back. Beautiful views, great music, and an awesome captain—10/10 experience and highly recommend!

This was our second time out with Jonathan and we couldn’t be more pleased. We went snorkeling on Peanut Island, then went out on the ocean and encountered a pod of dolphins that played around the boat for a while. After that we went to Jupiter inlet and snorkeled under the bridge. It was a perfect afternoon.
