My experience with Ken was great. Ken's boat was the perfect way to celebrate my wife's birthday with family. Ken met me right on time for pick up and drop off. He answered all my questions during the rental process and the morning we picked the boat up. His boat is in excellent condition and ran flawlessly all day. You will definitely enjoy your time on his boat and Ken does a great job of helping to ensure this happens. I highly recommend Ken for your pontoon rental needs.

Our family (and some friends) had the privilege of renting Ken's beautiful tri-toon in July. Everything was as described, and Ken was very helpful with getting us on our way as well as flexible on the timing. Would much rather rent from him as a personal owner vs. a public boat rental. Already looking to book a 2nd rental for Aug. :-)

I had a wonderful experience renting the boat from Ken. He was great and was very fair.

Ken is a great host, we've rented from him a couple times now. Very responsive, provides excellent service (including a map of the lake with recommended stops/restaurants/etc, tubing and skiing accessories, etc). The boat would comfortably fit 10-12 easily.

We had a choice! A Charlotte water park or a boat and Lake Norman. Found Ken, was the best choice we could make. Equipment perfect, dealing and transaction flawless. Felt more like I was dealing with a friend. You can’t go wrong. The whole day was a fun zone. Thank you Ken, looking forward to next time we leave California to visit NC.

Wow! We had the BEST experience on this amazing Trip-toon! Ken was SO accommodating. He was great to go over everything with us and send us on our way for what turned out to be one of our BEST days of the summer! The boat has everything you need for a day on the lake: Life vests, Skis, an awesome tube and PLENTY of room. We are very particular and this boat was spotless! Lots of room in the sun or in the shade. Really a great experience! We have already booked another day at the end of the month on this boat. I would never rent from a Marina when you can rent this tri-toon from Ken. You won't regret it! We are already excited about our next adventure! Great way to entertain our kids ranging from 9-16! Thanks Ken!!!

Well we ended up booking a second outing with Ken after our first was SO FABULOUS just a few weeks ago! We are already looking ahead at dates for more time on the lake with Ken's Tri-toon. We decided to rent a knee board this time and Ken went out of his way to call marinas and find one for us to rent. It was WAY beyond what we expected. The boat, once again, was in perfect condition. It's SO clean it's like brand new. We had an issue at home so we didn't arrive at the lake until close to lunch time for our all-day rental. Ken kindly extended our rental beyond 6pm so we could enjoy more fun on lake Norman. He's just so easy to work with and so kind. All the kids like him so much now they don't ask to go to the lake they ask to "rent Mr. Ken's boat again." It's a pleasure to write this review ! Thanks again Ken. We will see you again soon. As we go back to school tomorrow and reflect on an awesome summer, our days on your boat make the top of the summer highlights!

Such a fun time on the lake! We are able to tube, waterski and hang out all weekend. Everything was provided for us on the boat. He was very prompt with dropping the boat off and picking it up. We will definitely rent again from him in the future.

Ken is great! He let us have an extra 20 minutes as we were late returning from a bathroom break (which was challenging during covid19) and the boat is clean and runs great and also has an excellent tube as a bonus!

Could not have been better! Ken brought the boat to our dock. Impeccable new pontoon boat, beautiful and spacious seating, tables, etc. A must if you plan to visit this lake.

The was a beautiful experience. We had an awesome time on Ken's both. The weather was a little cooler than expected, but that didn't stop us from enjoying every aspect of this adventure. The boat was easy to maneuver for a first timer. You would have thought my husband was experience. Ken gave detail instructions that were on point. He even offered some additional water items to use once we anchored the platoon but we declined but were very appreciative. We won't hesitate to rent from Ken again. Thanks for the wonderful experience!

Ken was a great host! He was very helpful throughout the booking process as this was my first time on Boatsetter. The boat is beautiful and clean, roomy, with lots of seating in the sun and in the shade. It was a great ride on beautiful Lake Norman, with advice and a map from Ken, who told us some great spots to beach and swim. We loved getting on the tube and riding the water, getting some excitement in. This is a great way to rent a boat at a nice value/cost and anyone who was jealous of our day on the lake heard about Boatsetter and Ken. I’m only sad we were visiting for the weekend and won’t have a chance to rent from Ken again. I would give this experience TEN starts if I could :)
