The boat was ready for us right on time. Clear instructions were given. The vessel was clean and in good working order. We enjoyed our time on the lake and had fun riding on the tow tube. I would definitely rent this boat from Arthur and Richard again!

My wife and I spent 4 hours Friday morning with son, daughter-in-law and our 3 grandsons age 11, 7 and 22 month old. Older boys loved the tube, and whole family enjoyed the floating mat.
Pontoon was as advertised clean everything was operational and Bluetooth stereo was awesome.
Will definitely return to do this trip again.

The day started out with tons of rain and we really thought we were in for a busted day. After speaking with boat owner and crew they re-assured us the weather would turn around and it did. We had an amazing time on Canyon Lake and turned out to be perfect day. As for the Pontoon Boat was A+ and loved towable tube and water mat was top notch as well. I also wanted to point out that the owner is a very nice guy and his crew members were some of the best I have ever had to deal with when it comes to boat rentals. Great job you guys and hope too see ya'll again! We highly recommend Three Brothers!

We had a really good time out on the water on this pontoon boat! Communication was great and we had all of our questions answered. Check in and out was fast and easy. We did not have any issues with the boat. Loved the tube and "lily pad" that we were able to hook up to the boat and use to lay out on the water.

Arthur and his team were great, had another boat reserved that got canceled the day before due to the owner selling their boat but they made the day work for me.
We had a few issues that came up as well but they were able to get us sorted out and made sure we got extra time out on the water for it. It was such a fun time. Would definitely rent again

I highly recommend renting from three brothers. The process was seamless. The boat was in top shape. We had our kids and grandkids for 4 hours tubing and touring canyon lake. It was nice that the patoon went 13.5 miles per hour. This was more than enough to tow three on the inflatable while doing it safe. Thanks again for a great time.

Had a GREAT time out in the lake with the family, the pontoon was really nice, well kept and had plenty of power to have a fun time on the pull behind water tube!! Both Richard and Arthur were both really nice, helpful and made the process easy, quick and convenient to get goin out on the lake. Definitely will be booking another trip soon through them!!

Our family had a great day on the water thanks to Richard. He went over all the safety items including providing the right vests for everyone. The towable and optional lily pad were great! We’ll definitely be booking with him again!

The owner was very responsive. I had some logistical problems and he answered all of my questions and helped me get on the water quickly. He also gave me some locations on the lake to enjoy. Only snafu we as that a zipper blew out on the canopy so we had to go a bit slower. Overall Great experience, and I highly recommend this boat! Tons of fun on a beautiful lake.

Great time! Guys getting it on the lake super helpful and on time, even with lines at the ramp, we were on the lake driving away exactly when out time started!
Two things though - rack for tube was missing and a few of the speakers didn’t work. Rest of everything worked and was an excellent time!!

Great service, boat was very nice no issues. Lilly pad and tube included. No extra fee for ever little thing just 1 price. Boarded and drove off from boat ramp 8 hours later just dropped off at dock no loading on trailer. Quick easy setup will be using for all future trips.

For the price of the boat it was great only thing was that the captains chair was broken when we got it so it wasn’t easy to keep it in place but other than that it was great and we had a great time I would rent it again.

On time to meet and was very helpful with loading and unloading!

Had a few issues with the boat and what water toy was wanted for the boat. We asked for a tube and the boys who dropped the boat off brought a wakeboard and the tube, but left the tube in another truck and then didn’t bring anything to blow it up. So we ended up with no water toy as no one knew how to wakeboard. Upon getting onto the water the speakers didn’t work at all and upholstery was torn and dash was faded. Owner reimbursed part of the total.

Three Brothers were amazing! We arrived early and Richard was there in 10 mins to great us with the boat. They make sure you get your full time on the water. Richard was up front with us about anything we needed to know about the boat. He told us where to go on the lake for tubing and where to go just to swim and float around. We had a blast and look forward to renting from them again soon!

Great day on the lake with our family for the weekend. Canyon Lake is beautiful and no better way to experience the lake than from the water.

The entire experience was excellent. Communication by Arthur and team was spot on. The boat was in perfect shape and exactly as described. Arthur was so helpful getting us on and off the water and checked in with us during the day to make sure everything was going well. I'd definitely book with Arthur again. 10/10 experience!

The boat is not as advertised - it was dirty and lots of mildew spots on the seats. Not new at all. There was no cooler on board (which was promised), the lily pad didn't have a lot of cable to be able to unroll it and attach to the boat so you had to stay really close to the boat. In addition, I think the starter is going out because I had several tough starts to get the boat running. Oh this it also not located at the Marina but a boat ramp so just be mindful of the location day of booking.

Highly recommended! A very enjoyable experience in Canyon Lake, there is no better way to enjoy the lake and all its great views than in this very comfortable boat with ample seating for our family of 7. The boat includes a towable tube which is a lot of fun to do for adults and children alike. If you fish, there is also a grill to cook on board. Special mention to the owner Richard, who was very accommodating and answered promptly all our questions, gave us all the instructions (a boating crash course), indications and tips to have a safe and enjoyable experience in Canyon Lake.

The boat was advertised as "Gorgeous Brand New Pontoon - Seats 11". It was far from it. Upon arrival, the boat was filthy with used water bottles and vape cartridges from the previous user. We had to walk down a steep ramp to get to the boat with 4 young children and ice chests and then wade out into the water to get to the boat. We had 10 people but when you include the splash pad and tube, we barely fit. And then upon return, back up the dangerous ramp. I won't be renting this boat again.

Great time on the lake with Three Brothers boat rental

The boat was great, we spent all day on the lake even in this hot hot summer. The shade was plentiful and the seating was comfortable.

Our boat was everything we wanted. Richard arrived early and had everything ready to go. He explained all the features of the boat and showed us how to run it. We were unfamiliar with Canyon Lake and he told us where to go and how to navigate the lake for both fishing and site seeing. We would definitely rent a boat again from him again .

Don't expect professional response, or this company to handle any issues other than playing the blame game. On pick up Tube was flat, canopy posts were broken, ladder screws were missing ,lilly pad was split down the middle, and pontoon boat was sitting low in the water. Drop off crew noted they have had issues with the boat all week along with expected power loss. Knowing it was sinking they rented it out again that evening to another unaware customer at full rate. Completely irresponsible smh

We rented the boat for my wife's birthday and it was absolutely delightful. The process was easy and there was someone there on time to greet us and give instructions for the vehicle. It was clean and equipped with tube and float pad. Not one problem on a perfect day! I will do it again.

We had a great time on Canyon Lake in a beautiful new pontoon boat! The owner was very accommodating with the launch time, return time, and launch location. Everything on the boat was well-maintained and in excellent condition. The owners stepped us through how to operate the boat and all the equipment. They communicated well with us throughout. There was plenty of room for us and all of our fishing gear. We could have even cooked lunch on the boat with the grill accessory, if we wanted to! My kids (age 18 y/o girl and 15 y/o boy) thoroughly enjoyed the boating and fishing experience. This was our first time renting a boat in two decades. The owners made this so easy that my family of four will be renting again soon, probably before the end of the year. Thank you for a easy new experience and a fabulous time!
