Talk about AMAZING service. Sandra and her husband were super helpful and informative about driving the boat and spots on the lake. Amazing communication the entire time! They included all equipment, and everything was in perfect condition. Even included a speaker on board that was loud and clear! Super friendly, very punctual with unloading and loading! I am going to 1000% be booking with them again soon!

The meet up was easy and they were very informative. The boat worked great for our family and friends. Highly recommend for a relaxed family day with kids out on the water!

My family and I had a great day on the lake on Sandra’s pontoon. It was very roomy for the 5 of us and still had plenty of extra room. The boat ran really smooth and we had zero issues. Sandra is very communicative which I appreciate. We’d definitely rent from her again!

Sandra’s boat is incredible! This was our second time renting her boat and both times have been amazing. Her and her husband are great at communicating and make the drop off and pick up process super smooth. The boat is perfect for a day with friends or family and was the best way to spend a Saturday! We had a really good experience last summer when we rented from them and knew they were who we wanted to use again this summer! We will definitely rent from them again soon!

Sandra and her husband were amazing! The process couldn’t have been easier. Picked us up in the parking lot and let us load the boat with all our things, drove us to the water, dropped us off to have our fun. After our reservation they picked us up and drove us back to our car. They made sure we were comfortable operating the boat before taking it. Best day!!!

They were communicative, answered all my questions before and after, met us on time, helped us get the boat in the water and put it back on the trailer for us. Awesome experience! Door to door service. Sandra picked us up with her boat in the parking lot. Drive us to the ramp and dropped us in the water. We motored around the lake for 4 magical hours, swimming and fishing and motoring. Everything worked and was in great condition. Come back at 2pm, Sandra was waiting at the boat ramp. We drove up onto the trailer with the boat. Then she took us to our car and we disembarked right there to our car. Best boating experience at lake Pleasant.

We had such a great time on Lake Pleasant. We made an online reservation less than 24 hrs prior, and they were able to accommodate us. Seamless and easy booking process. They were at the meeting point before our scheduled time. We received friendly greetings, asked us to load our belongings on the boat in the parking lot, then 8 of us loaded the boat and was driven to the dock. We were then picked up the same way at the end. We will definitely rebook and we highly recommend them!

We were out of the car and in the boat backing away from the ramp inside of 10 minutes.

This is a couple that exudes an almost hypnotic sense of calm. When we gave the boat back they loaded it with their fishing rods and cooler, and I really wanted to go back out on the water with them.

We had a great time with this pontoon. Sandra was great to work with, she was on time with the delivery and retrieval of the boat. Sandra gave detailed instructions on the operation of the boat. The boat operated well and was adequately equipped, and the radio/sound system was nice.
If I am in the need of a pontoon rental in the future, I will call Sandra.
