We booked a 6 hour exprience and left less than 3 hours in. We were told we’ve been upgraded to Carmelo a 65’ from the 55’ I booked

Not clean, everything needed a wipe down. clearly older than the one we originally booked.

The main reason is safety concerns with no ladder due to the freeboard height. Difficult time getting back on from the water with no ladder. The two crew members were doing their own thing the whole time.
There was no running water. 6 hours and no toilet, can’t wash hands.

We had a wonderful time on the water cruising the intercostal and anchoring at a spot to swim. Captain Ricardo was skilled and his first mate Gabby was delightful. It was a memorable day of our vacation!

Boat I had booked was faulty so under repair no prior notification of this my party were left in searing heat for an hour then the decision was the boat could not be used and a much smaller vessel was offered at a reduced rate .The boat was smaller though we couldn’t fault the captain or the female member staff

Trip was fun my family and friends really had good time definitely going to come back

We were lucky that our time on the water was ok, but logistics were terrible. Communication was poor, and we had to pick a captain and first mate ourselves the day of the charter. At boarding, the Azimut 45 we booked was unavailable, so we were downgraded to a smaller, poorly maintained 38ft boat. To make matters worse, both the AC and swim platform were broken. If you book, get advance written confirmation of the exact vessel, captain, and working amenities
