Rick was awesome. I rented the Sweetwater Pontoon for my husband's birthday and we had an absolute blast. The pontoon was in great condition, easy to drive and perfect for our day out on the lake. Rick was really easy to get in touch with and answered any questions I had. He also decorated the pontoon with a birthday sign and balloons which were a nice touch for my husband's birthday. We will definitely be renting again. Thank you!

Ian is the person I actually met when renting the Pontoon. He was pleasant and the rental went well but the 1-star review is because “Rick” texted, not even called, but texted weeks later to say one of his anchors was missing and our party was late returning so he won’t rent with me again. Even though Rick initially never responded to my request to rent and contacted me about a alleged missing anchor weeks later? This is unprofessionalism at its finest. From me renting exotic cars in NY or Yachts in Miami I’ve always been informed of any discrepancies at time of return so BOTH parties are aware. Not weeks later. Not without verification. Be careful with renting with these guys as you may be held responsible for someone else’s negligence. I will never rent with them again.

Rick communicated really well and got back to us quickly throughout the whole process when we were asking questions. He had flexibility working with our schedule which we were thankful for. The boat was very clean, ran great & Rick did a really nice job of making us all feel comfortable before we took it out while still giving us a thorough & educated run thru of the boat. The boat is perfect for 2-6 ppl and it has a roof for cover if needed or it can be taken down. This is nice depending on the sun/weather. Really great time & will be renting from Rick again in the future!
