Went to sandbar and back for a 4 hour rental. The fuel charge of $20 per hour I find steep, especially when hanging out at the sandbar most of the time. Parking was $30 and damage deposit must be $500 cash or a $35 insurance (cash or credit). These expenses add up and perhaps make other rental locations and options less expensive. Boat ran great and Terry was very nice and helpful with everything. This was a last minute decision to go out. I would rent again from him.

Said fuel was included then charged me an extra 100. Also the boat was all messed up definitely not from 2020 and the Bluetooth didn’t work

Olivier was very professional and respectful! Simple and easy process, boat was clean and fun! We had a wonderful day despite the heavy winds, would 100% book with them again!

The boat was ok. The owner treated us like he was doing a favor by renting it for us. Hard communication. The trim was not working as it should. The velocimeter was not working either. We rented it for 2h and had a nice trip with our family. But at the end he assaulted my daughter, so be careful.

The experience was great! The host friendliness could have been a little better but the boat was as advertised and provide a good means to get around the Bay. Oliver provided help with where we should go and what we should see.

The boat was ok and the experience amazing. A very different thing was the owner of the boat. I talked to him the same day we went to peak up the boat and he was very disrespectful and cocky. He acted as if he was doing me a favor by renting me the boat. At that point, the only reason I didn't cancel it was because I was with me family and they were expecting to go to a boat trip. I live in Miami and next time my family or friends come to visit me and want to rent a boat, I will not book it here

Once of my best days on the water. The owner was on time explained everything in detail and he even managed to wipe all the clouds out of the sky. 100% recommend anyone looking to rent a boat contact him!!

Everything was great, the staff was friendly, the boat was brand spanking new Nauticstar, an upgrade from the boat we originally request. Overall flawless experience, with free ice and friendly smile. Prices are fair, but I do wish their wasn't an $80 flat fee for gas, it would be nice to pay per hour you use of fuel. If you sandbar most of the day, you're paying extra for gas.

The boat is in terrible shape. I actually believe it is unsafe, with a strong bias to the right.
The owner asked us to write down our credit card in a form when we arrived. I said I wasn't comfortable because we had done the billing via boatsetter. His answer was "ok you can go home then, no problem."
Ultimately we paid the gas and pet fee via venmo.

We had a good time on the water of Miami.
Even visited a small island in the bay of Miami and had the beach for ourselves.
Thierry is a great host and explained everything perfectly!
Highly recommended!

Great boat, easy process!!

Had a great time coasting along the canals. The weather was perfect and the water was great. Made for an excellent experience and Thierry was friendly and easy to work with.
