I've taken multiple trips with Capt. Justin and crew now and they always deliver. We had a group of 4 this trip and hit our limit on coho salmon. All of us enjoyed fishing and learning the mooching technique which is fun when you're looking for something more active than trolling

Awesome trip with a great captain, boat, and equipment. We caught three large lingcod in the Puget Sound on the opening day of the season. Two keepers and one released an inch over the limit at 37’’. Our group was 6 including one young child and we had enough room to fish comfortably. Capt. Kyle put us on fish within 10 mins of getting to a spot and kept us on the bite, though as a testament to his skill, there were a good number of other boats and kayaks fishing in the area that didn’t pull in any keepers during the time we were out. The boat's sonar was a big advantage so we always knew what depth to fish at using line counters on the rods. Capt. Kyle and Justin are friendly and have a lot of knowledge about fishing in the area. Definitely recommend!

Had another amazing trip, this time with Captain Cam who grinded to get us on fish late in the season. He was a great instructor as this was the first-ever fishing charter for 2 of my friends. We caught and released a number of chinook salmon, and saw a pod of orcas on our way out to the fishing spots!

Justin was an excellent captain. We had a fun time catching fish and learned a ton about the fishing in this area. Boat was clean and comfortable for four of us, and they had rain gear in multiple sizes to borrow which was a big plus since there was rain during part of our trip. We'll be hoping to get back out with Justin for salmon later in the year!

Our group had a great trip with Captain Justin. He was regularly adjusting position and depth to get the best likelihood of catches, and our group caught 3 lingcod (released 1 due to size) over the course of our trip. At the end he filleted the fish for us and we had a great meal later that evening with leftovers to boot. Would recommend to anyone else looking for a fishing charter in the Seattle area!

What a fantastic trip!!! Besides catching 2 king salmon, a silver, 3 flounder and a rockfish, we learned a ton and had an amazing time! Captain Kyle was amazing with his experience, knowledge, teaching skill with the kids, and overall professionalism. The worst thing is both my boys think fishing is easy now. :) My younger got seasick, booted, rallied, and caught two more fish. We grilled the silver salmon for dinner that night, and both boys said some variation of "that the was the most fun thing I've ever done." We'll be back!

My husband and I went fishing w/Captain Justin yesterday 9/1/22. We had the time of our lives. We are so Thankful for Justin. We r visiting from California. Justin talked with us about things to do in Seattle and the surroundings of Seattle. We caught our limit by a little after 9am. Justin is really nice and he really knows his stuff about catching fish.
Thank you Justin for making our vacation a great one. I highly recommend Justin n his boat. We couldn’t have asked for a better Captain.

Captain Thao is very experienced, friendly, patient and also a great teacher. We were completely new to fishing and still managed to get a bucket of flounders, and almost a salmon which sadly got away. And captain Thao also filleted the fish for us. Strongly recommend.

Second time getting out with Cut Plug Charters, another awesome charter! We took a morning trip and had quick and easy communication with Justin to arrange it. Capt. Kyle put everyone on the fish, all 4 anglers caught a coho salmon. Beautiful sunrise while reeling in a coho, very cool experience! Capt. Kyle knows the water very well and was a great teacher - the first salmon for 3 anglers on board! Already looking forward to the next trip...
