John made my birthday brunch a memorable experience. He had everything we needed and ensured we were well taken care of during the entire trip. He was also extremely accommodating, especially when one of my guests got lost and we had to start the trip a little late. If you are looking for a top notch boating experience with an experienced and knowledgeable captain, book him right away! We are already planning our next outing with him. Thanks again, John!!

Everything went exactly as planned. We love the water and our ride up and down the Potomac River was perfect. The weather was nice. The boat was nice. John was nice, knowledgeable and friendly! The boat is as shown in the pictures…well kept, clean, modern. We listened to our music playlist via bluetooth, had a few drinks with our cheese board and hubs smoked his cigar. Perfect, relaxing ending to a long day!

Far exceeded my expectations! John made my friend's bachelorette party come to life. He was incredibly responsive and accommodating. The boat was gorgeous and spacious enough for us to have fun. He knew the best angles and locations for the perfect pics and sunset views on the Potomac. I couldn't recommend this experience and Captain John enough!

John was amazing! He was helpful, kind, easy going, and very fun. The boat itself is beautiful, and he has an amazing route that shows you all the highlights of DC. We had a blast and will definitely be booking/recommending him again.

John's boat is absolutely beautiful and very well kept. The boat is well equipped with fridge, microwave and a stove. He has almost everything you'll need (ice, cups, plates, cutlery...nice ones too). The boat has a beautiful interior decor. Communication was great throughout. Everyone had a great experience. I highly recommend it😊

We booked with Captain John to celebrate my husband, sister, and brother-in-laws’ August birthdays and we had an AMAZING day on the water! The boat was beautiful and perfect for relaxing and taking in all the sites of DC. Captain John was commutative and an excellent host! Viewing the monuments from the water was an experience everyone should have. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic experience!

I booked a last-minute twilight boat ride with John and it was a perfect experience. He was a hospitable captain and his boat was immaculate. The forecast called for rain and John communicated early and often ahead of our ride just in case we had to cancel. Luckily the rain held off and the magical night I planned went off without a hitch! John was absolutely amazing! I really appreciate the transparency and help in preparing for the ride. He answered all my questions quickly and was very flexible. We had an amazing 3 hours on the water with Audrey the first-mate. We were allowed to play music, set up our food, and enjoy the view. John has an amazing background and we really enjoyed hearing about his adventures. Will definitely ride again!

We had an amazing time on the boat!! John was so helpful and even gave us some information on some of the sites and buildings we passed. John was fantastic - went out of his way to pick my fiancée and me up from Mount Vernon as part of the big proposal. Took great photos of us up on the bow and around monuments, and was very flexible to calling audibles during our 3 hour trip with him. Could not recommend more emphatically.

John’s boat was big, tidy and mostly what was pictured (there was some small damage on two couches but pretty negligible, didn’t detract from the overall experience). John was having issues with one of the engines and was professional enough to reach out and give us notice and offer to cancel/refund or reschedule. After he assured us the ride would still be smooth we proceeded. Highly recommend use of John’s boat and his great services. He didn’t have a deck hand this time around which was OK!

WOW. What else can I say but WOW. Due to a last minute breakdown in birthday plans I made this reservation less than 24 hours before the "big day", but Captain John made it feel like it was planned weeks in advance. That's how smooth it went and how easy it was to work with him. The yacht was immaculate both in style and cleanliness. Everyone on the group has been raving about the trip to anyone that will listen. Truly one of those experiences that leaves you with good vibes and great memories for quite a while.
