Cristiano was prompt and provided detailed instructions about his boat and the route we would take in the water. The pontoon was exceptionally clean. He helped as we left the dock and returned. I highly recommend Cristiano.

Water was great! The boat was just as described. The speakers sounded nice, and we had an easy time navigating and using this boat. There were lots of comfy spots to sit and we anchored up at Lake Boca no problem

Lucero was an amazing host. He was fast at responding. Made sure we knew everything and have everything before we left the dock. Boat was in excellent condition, very clean, no issues at all. Will definitely be booking with him again when we come back!

We had so much fun on this boat! Owner was super nice, helpful and punctual. Looking forward to renting this one again in the future! :) Thank you!

Had a great time on the boat everything worked well

Everyone was great and easy to work with. My only complaint is that on their website it should give a brief description of the day of rental and how it should go, instead of the night before. Other than that EVERYTHING was so easy and simple! Will rent again next year!

Me and my family had a blast at Lake Havasu we rented a pontoon boat off of boatsetter and Road Runner Boat Rentals. The pontoon boat was very clean and easy to drive. They explained everything you needed to know on how to operate the boat. Safety on the water, they provided us with landmarks and navigation on how to get to places of interest. Lucero and her husband were very friendly, Great customer service I highly recommended Road Runner Boat rentals.

Cristiano was on time and helpful learning the nuances of the boat. The early morning was great because boat traffic was low.

Clean, lot of space for us and good price. Christiano explained me the area and the particurality of the pontoon.

Will rent it again.

We had a wonderful time boating around Deerfield Beach FL using Lucero's boat. The boat was clean and in great shape. Lucero's communications were clear and timely. The pickup location was easy to find, parking was easy as well. A quick introduction and we were off on our way with no delays. Lucero and husband (sorry forgot name), were lovely to meet. They were happy to answer all our questions about where is best to motor too and how to manage out time. I highly recommend Lucero and this boat.

Boat was spacious and clean. Lucero was great to book with and was super attentive. She offered everything from coolers with ice to kids size life jackets. Picking up and dropping off the boat was seamless and Lucero and her husband made sure we knew everything about the boat from compartments to safely using engine trims. Very responsive owners and very acommodating. The boat was spacious for our group of 10 and handled great.

The rental process couldn’t have been any easier. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I will definitely be using them again.

Cristiano himself was very nice and on time. The boat was more beat up than the pictures on Boatsetter make you think. The engine sounded like it was going to stall at idle. Horn, tach, and temp gauge did not work. Anchor didn’t have a chain and was tied to a water sports tow rope. Cleat to tie the anchor to was loose. Was told not to run the radio to long or the battery would die. Most of the seat cushions that have hinges were all broken. Missing the rear door.

The sound system doesn’t work, but besides that Christano was very professional and the boat was clean and worked perfectly for a lake Boca day

Renting the boat was a breeze - included a cooler but the floating mat wasn’t there.

Be aware that the service charge, optional insurance and taxes on both will add about $100 to a 4 hour rental.

Lucero and her husband were awesome. I will definitely book with them again. They communicated clearly, perfectly timed delivering the boat, helped me load it up with my cooler, pool noodles, food etc, and gave me clear instructions on how to operate/captain the boat. I felt comfortable and welcomed. My daughter's 14th bithday party was perfect and her friends had a blast. We anchored at the sandbar at Lake Boca Raton, then cruised the intercoastal to see the million dollar mansions and yachts.

A great day of boat renting always begins with the owner. Christiano was exceptionally nice, made sure we knew everything about his boat and stayed in touch with us during the day to make sure everything was going well. We had a great day of boating and I highly recommend renting from Christiano.

We had problems with Boatsetters and with the Boat. The kept stalling out and the owners proceeded to blame us. A boat malfunctioning is not the customers fault. I will never use or recommend either to anyone ever. We are looking to book again, but will go with a different company and family all together
