Rented a boat received another ken did not take photos before or after he took three hundred an five dollars cash from us for a missing life jacket and a damaged rope , and for missing fuel and now is saying that we damaged his boat ! Worst experience ever do not book !!!!!! Everything is covered with insurance he should’ve never taken our cash !

The boat was a lot of fun but weather conditions were not ideal. 30+ mph winds made it a rough day to use the toys (wake surf, wake board, etc ) Ken reimbursed the cost of the add-on rental.

What a fantastic day we had on the Delta. Ken, our boats owner, was as good as it gets. Prompt in responding to our requests, flexible in timing and went out of his way to make sure our day was special. From start to finish, Ken’s Mastercraft NXT22 worked flawlessly. It was immaculate when we picked it up. Using Boatsetter made our experience easy, we will definitely use them again for a boat rental. Our first choice of course, will be Ken’s Mastercraft NXT22, if it’s available.
