Captain Brian was a great host! The goal of our adventure was to spend some quality family time together, and as Brian will point out, you have NEVER seen Miami until you see her from the water. We cruised the bays between Miami Beach and the mainland, enjoying the spectacular views. Our family members range from 11 to 28 years of age, and NO ONE was wanting for this experience to ever end. The accommodations were luxurious, and only made me plan for the next adventure! THANK YOU CAPTAIN!

Brian was very nice and our trip was great! However, he was late to pick us up, at a very inconvenient location and dropped us off 30 mins early. When we asked him to blow up the large raft he has, he told us it took too long. We still had a good time but overall the experience could have been better.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE POEPLE. Not only did they not give us the correct boat, they also promised us multiple other things to “make up” for it which also weren’t there, one being a jet ski & another being a grill. All our food went bad since there was no grill to cook it & were staying in a hotel- huge waste of money. Also never gave us an option for a full refund & then claimed they did. Super unprofessional and highly disappointed. They begged us to not leave a bad review, but after getting a small refund for our awful experience we looked through their Venmo and saw many “Sorry for the inconvenience” refunds and felt it was necessary to leave a review.

Great experience made possible by a very nice Captain. His play list was better than any DJ and he adjusted our pick up location. He was very professional and accommodating.

We had an amazing time with Brian as our captain for a bachelorette party! The boat comfortably fit all 10 of us, had everything we needed onboard, and went as smoothly as possible. Brian took us to a great spot and let us enjoy the day as we celebrated the bride-to-be. I’d 100% recommend his services!

We can’t recommend Brian enough. He is such a sweetie and gave us such a cool experience getting 5 dolphins to trail in our wake for a half an hour!! Even though it was a cloudy chilly day we had a really nice day. He was so flexible and let us move it a little later when we were running late. He was the best!!!!!

Had a nice time out on the boat with our captain Max. It rained for an hour that we were out at the sandbar so we wanted to pay and extend for an extra hour but were told there was another group getting on after us so we had to go back and dock.

We were a group of 9 girls that rented the 322 cruiser for a bachelorette party with Brian as our captain. The boat was very comfortable and the perfect size even for a large group. Brian met us somewhere that was easy to board and was so accommodating from the very beginning! Brian found a great spot at the sandbar, took lots of pictures for us, took us island exploring to see beautiful views, was awesome to talk to, and even tried to drop us off for a happy hour at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend booking this boat and captain for a great day in Miami!! :)

The boat was perfect for our group. It had plenty of room and amenities for both cruising and hanging on the hook. Brian is a great captain and was enjoyable to spend time with. We had an incredible time on our boat with our captain, Brian! He really made the experience absolutely stellar, catering to our every ask, and taking tons of pictures of our group. He was super knowledgeable and brought us to the best spots. Even now hours later, we’ve been raving about him and the wonderful day we had. Being a large group of all women in our 20s, we were a little skeptical of going out on the water with a stranger on chartered boat. We were immediately comfortable and had a blast from the very minute we got on the boat thanks to Brian. We’ll be recommending him and the company to any friends headed to miami. I rented this boat for my best friend's bachelorette and all I can say is WOW!! Brian (our captain) did not disappoint. He was extremely nice, welcoming and accommodating. We had an amazing day out on the water. I couldn't recommend booking this boat enough. We were all so happy with this experience!

The boat was amazing and just as pictured and Captain Andrew made sure we had the best time. There was some issue with the pickup location but Kim gave us a complimentary hour to make up for it, which was great as we got to see the sunset and some dolphins! Definitely will rebook whenever I return to Miami.

Our boat trip was the highlight of our weekend in Miami. Kim was incredibly responsive from the start of booking to the day of our charter. Captain Dillon was attentive and very friendly and took us to some fun spots for our group to jump in and swim. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to enjoy a day out on the water!

Wow!!! Brian, our captain, gave us a day we'll never forget. The sandbar was super fun and Brian was extremely friendly and accommodating. He shot lots of pics for us too. I went with 11 friends for a 4 hour bachelor party trip to the Haulover sandbar. Kim was fantastic with communication leading up to the trip, answering lots of questions and making sure we had everything we needed. The entire experience exceeded our expectations. I was told to leave a nice review but this is my honest review. I gave 2 stars instead of 0 because the captain and co-captain were nice and generous we arrived late (because time did change). Now let’s address all the issues… I feel as if I was overcharged, the full breakdown wasn’t addressed beforehand, the boat broke down 3x, I previously paid for the jet ski for an hour (which we didn’t have), and I paid to get it extended to 5pm but at 4pm the captain told me we were done and we going to

Brian was amazing!! We booked his boat for a bachelorette party. Great communication leading up to our trip and the boat ramp was easy to find. On board he was super helpful. He let us play our music, and at one point while we were docked at a sand bar we saw him on the boat folding our towels for us (so nice). He was also very accommodating with where we wanted to go. Literally cannot say enough great things about Brian. Firstly, his communication was on point. We rented the boat for a Bachelorette, which also happened to be the same day as St. Patrick’s Day. Before I was even awake that morning, he immediately texted to inform us that the original marina we were scheduled to meet at was full and gave us a new address to meet. Once we got to the new marina, he parallel parked the boat - (yes that’s a thing) - in order to make it more convenient for us to get on the boat since we accidentally stood on the wrong dock. He continuously went out of his way to accommodate us and make sure that we had a great time. We stopped at the Haulover Sandbar where we hung out for most of our trip… There were so many boats there that it was difficult to get a spot, but he still made sure that we were well taken care of and had plenty of space to relax. I think what truly sealed the deal was his “no-hesitation” help retrieving several items that fell overboard – including my phone! He was an awesome host and I would recommend him to anybody looking for an awesome captain this summer!

The boat was in much worse condition than the picture. We paid 250 for a captain who was pretty much the worst captain I have ever come across. Kim had told us that the captain will be providing ice and water but he was 20 late and brought no ice for us so our drinks were warm. We still had fun but I think the boat really at the end was not a good value for the money we paid. Look around

Our experience with Kim and Captain Brian was excellent. There was a teeny hiccup with pickup timing but they went above to take care of us and displayed excellent customer service. Communication was clear and consistent and we will be booking again for future trips. The boat was the perfect size for our group of 11 and we had so much fun out on the water. We cruised around and also went to picnic island. The boat has a nice spot to hang out as a group in the back, a good spot for laying out on the front, and the cabin area was perfect for keeping our valuables dry. I have already passed their number along to friends 10/10 would recommend! We look forward to boating again with them in the future!

I rented this boat for the day for my daughters bachelorette weekend. I can not say enough positive things about Kim and Brian (captain). Always quick to respond to any of my questions. Boat was very clean. Great instructions as where to meet for pick up, what they provided and what they could bring. The girls had no problems with where to be picked up. My daughter and several of her friends texted me afterwards thanking me for such a wonderful day. Brian took them to a few different locations, (island and sandbar, etc). The weather was cooler than normally it is in March and they still could not stop talking about how great their day was. I would highly recommend Kim and the Monterey 340 Cruiser.

Will was amazing we had a wonderful time. We didn't get the boat in the picture because of some issues but they did upgrade us and gave us more time. We had a good time overall.

We had a wonderful day renting the boat with our captain Istvan and our host Kim! The boat was relaxing and the spots which we were taken to were gorgeous. We look forward to renting from Kim again when we return to Miami.

Brian was extremely helpful and made the trip very fun for all of our guests. The boat was clean and we had a great day out on the water. The boat was an hour & a half late picking us up, due to mechanical issues. No problem, things happen. When I texted Kim she assured me someone was on their way & she upgraded the boat for me. When it arrived we quickly could see that this was not an upgrade, but a major downgrade. Seats were all ripped and discolored. It was gross. I was so embarrassed. I texted Kim and politely told her I was disappointed to which she said "it's a bigger boat so enjoy". It wasn't bigger. It was a run down boat

This boat rental was absolutely perfect for the girls trip. Nice size, very clean, and bigger than expected. Andrew was the captain assigned and he was very communicative when calling him for directions and awesome. Lovely experience!

We had the best boat experience on 4th of July! Kim was very responsive and helpful. All the information she provided was accurate. Due to some inconvenience with the boat we had selected, Kim managed to upgrade us to a larger boat at no extra cost. The bigger boat was very spacious and comfortable, and made our experience much more memorable. Captain Andrew was the best captain we could have asked for. He was very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely rent from Kim again!

This trip was everything I wanted for my birthday. The captain Brian and co-captain Anna were AMAZING! The boat was in great conditions and extremely spacious for my group of 11. I would book with them anytime I visit Miami!

Let me start of by saying the customer service was outstanding. My family and I visited from (Maryland) for a birthday celebration. Brian (our captain) did an outstanding job. We originally rented jet skis but unfortunately do to mechanical issues we couldn’t get that experience. Brian did EVERYTHING he could to try to help us get one and that was definitely most appreciated. Even without the jet ski he made our boating experience an outstanding one. He showed us so much and did his best answer every question the kids had and tended to every need. We will definitely be using him again. You will not regret it. Brian is simply the BEST!!

I rented Kim's sports boat for 4 hours on a Friday down in Miami to celebrate a 30th Birthday! I decided to include her jet ski and agreed to pay all additional costs (gratuity/jet ski/docking fee etc.)

On the Wednesday (2days before) our trip she informed me that her boat had mechanical failure (fair enough). I tried finding a different boat but as it being so close to the trip I had no luck. She offered her pontoon which she said was $200 cheaper and she would refund me the $200. Instead I opted to cancel the 1st booking and then re-book the pontoon through Boatsetter. I ended up being charged almost $360 less going this route....

She did through in the jet ski free of charge which was nice but the Pontoon had no sound system so we relied on parking close to other boats. None of the gauges on the pontoon worked either (fuel level/speed etc.) The boat has not been maintained much at all.

The captain was the saving grace for this rental to be honest. He was a really solid guy all around, if you come across the name Ishtvan while looking for captains - he's your guy.

I would not recommend booking through Kim (Boats are in bad condition), unless all other options are off the table.

I'm giving 2 stars (1 solely due to Ishtvan and then 1 star as the minimum) I feel Kim's "generosity" of including the jet ski was overshadowed by her dishonesty in telling me the pontoon was only $200 cheaper. I tried to attach a screenshot of the difference but I don't see a attachment option.

Had a wonderful time. The only thing that I would recommend we felt rushed at the end of the charter. We started the charter a little later than scheduled and that should have been taken into consideration. We have several family and friends that have asked for the contact information.

Our captain was Andrew and he gave us a trip to remember! Both Kim and Andrew were very friendly and so so helpful in the booking and very clear on the directions. Would definitely book through them again!

Kim was amazing, everyone talked about how much of a courteous captain he was. Although I encourage everyone to always be on time, we had a last minute addition who showed up late, Kim made a circle back around to go get them. His boat was spacious enough for 10, it was clean, and he drove safely. Sound was also pretty great. Will definitely be booking again when in town.

Kim was easy to chat with and flexible. Istvan, our captain was next level! Windy day, we found a perfect cove that was wind protected. Perfect group about with downtown Miami (CHECK!). Iatvan setup our grill which made late afternoon food delicious! Lastly on the way back we cruised in enjoying all the sights back to our hotel. If you are staying at the Mondorian there is a dock so easy to pickup and drop off!

Kim and Brian are husband and wife that own several boats in their fleet (Ocean View Yacht Charters is their company name). We were lucky enough to be captained by Brian who also served as a tour guide. He took us where we wanted to go and showed us celebrity homes. We had a great day on the water. I would definitely book with Kim and Brian again. Now that I know they are reputable, I would book direct with them to save some processing costs.

It was my birthday celebration, and I booked a boat for the first time. We had a great time on the boat. It's a beautiful vessel, and the captain was cool enough to give us an hour extra without extra charge as the boat was slightly delayed. Overall, we had a fantastic time and 100% recommend the boat and this service. Great experience!!

Amazing boat and overall experience. First off, Brian was the best host !! He accommodated us in every way possible. Entertainment was great, there was plenty of room in the front and back of the boat, with the grill being a great touch. We had such a good time, would highly recommend!

We had the most fabulous time for our bachelorette boat ride w/ Brian!! He was an excellent captain and made sure to take us to an area to avoid the rain. The boat is super spacious for a small group, sound system awesome, and the water toys were so fun too! We played all the music we wanted and danced the day away. We also docked at a cool little spot with other boats. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone!

We rented Kim’s pontoon for a friends birthday celebration. Our captain Istvan was amazing. He’s very knowledgeable at what he does. He turned our experience into a lifetime memory we will always remember. He took us to beautiful places in the ocean and was an amazing driver. The waves were a little shaky and he made us feel very safe. We will always book with Boatsetter and ask for Istvan. Our boat didn’t come with the paddle boards and floating mat due to last minute issue but Kim was great enough to not cancel our booking and was able to find another pontoon last minute. The only thing I recommend for people booking is bring extra ice even though they do provide it”Thank you Kim and Istvan.

We had so much fun with Brian! My two kids really enjoyed their time out on the water. It was safe and kid friendly. They were able to play on the paddle boards and wrestle on the float. Brain was very hospitable and accommodating. He has a great personality and we loved the cruiser.

This was the BEST charter!!! From the very beginning Kim had great communication all the way up until the morning of my charter. Captain Andrew was the one who really made the trip. He was so fun and made sure we had everything we needed. He took us to tour the houses and to the sand bar which was my absolute favorite part of the trip. My entire group was sad when the charter ended and we’re already planning our next trip to do it again!! You definitely should book this boat.
