Captain Jon made our experience a blast/ despite having crazy weather; he allowed us to have fun, while being very accommodating and helpful!

This was our first time using Boatsetter and the experience was amazing! We got lucky enough to see Captain M’s boat. Captain M was super sweet and helpful from the beginning. She booked us a boat and upgraded us for free! Our captain was Oliver who took us on an amazing tour! Not only was he very attentive to us and showing us around, he was also singing and dancing along with us making the experience more enjoyable. Thank you so much Captain M & Oliver! Would def recommend using them !

Captain M. was amazing. She was very responsive. I had several questions before I booked and she answered them right away. She kept in contact the entire time which made the experience a great one. Our tour guide was Oliver. He also was amazing. He made the tour the icing on the cake for the bachelorette weekend I was hosting. We took a trip on Captain M's boat for a birthday adventure with 5 of us, and it was the perfect 4hr day out on the water. We went to Haulover sandbar for lunch, drinks and swimming and had a beautiful day in paradise. The boat was as advertised, and Captain John took great care of us throughout the trip. He gave us options of where to go when we got on board, and then he gave us exactly the experience we asked for. Both Captain M and John were amazing communicators and made booking seamless.

I got a little confused while booking (my own fault) but price is the booking price + captain fee (~35$ / hour) + gas (~40 / hour).

Communication was excellent (prompt and clear) re: booking and expectations. We enjoyed the TAHOE! Just what we were looking four (party of 5 ladies, visiting from Chicago). Captain Chris was prompt and courteous. We would book this again and recommend to friends. This was a big treat for our girls' Miami getaway!

We had such a great time on our day out on the water! We had 4 people, and this boat was the perfect size for us. We cruised around and saw celebrity homes, saw dolphins, and hung out on a sandbar/floated on the mat. Captain Jon was absolutely amazing!

Captain M was amazing to work with! After booking with Captain Leo weeks prior I was canceled just 4 hours just prior to my birthday ride. I was pretty distraught as this was one of the highlights of my trip. Captain M quickly accepted my new reservation after hearing about my negative experience and was extremely attentive in replying quickly to all of my questions. We had Chris as our captain and I would highly suggest booking him. He was laid back and super friendly. If you are looking for a great experience choose Captain M!!! An experience to remember!!! We had the time of our lives. I just have to say that renting a boat with them was one of my favourite experiences in Miami Beach. We had a blast. And the captain, John, was absolutely sublime! So knowledgeable, went out of his way to help out the kids and us, so friendly, he made and personalized the experience to EXACTLY what we wanted. He knew everything about literally everything in the area, gave us a phenomenal sight seeing and swimming tour and knew how to have a good time. Him and the boat were beyond perfect. I only wish I had rented it longer. When we are back in the area we will be renting from them again and definitely will want John as our Captain. If you are considering this DO IT!

Booked this boat for a girls trip this past December. Captain Chris did a great job keeping us safe and pointing out Miami landmarks along our ride. We got to stop halfway at a little island to relax and swim. Definitely would recommend.

It was the highlight of our trip...Captain M and Frank was very responsive from the moment we booked our charter. I've been in Miami several times but at this time I brought my 23 years old son with me and we were celebrating the end of his internship before he goes back to college. Captain Ryan was AWESOME, let me tell you something...Don't let his age fool you ;-) he's young but he's a wonderful captain and has amazing social skills. My son and I had a BLAST and we really enjoyed our time.

My first experience renting a boat, ever. Very, very nice - will definitely rent again with Captain M. Mylene and her husband run a first-rate little operation. The boat was clean and fully fueled. Communications were easy - Capt. M responds within the hour and is very accommodating. I had no problems following their instructions on how to handle the boat and where to go (her husband gave me 15' of pointers and a laminated chart of the bay) and, at her suggestion, had taken the online boating safety course (https://www.boatus.org/florida/). As another reviewer noted, the Tahoe does, indeed, handle predictably. For first timers like me, the biggest issue is really the other boaters/jetskiers who either have never taken even an online boating course or simply choose to ignore the Rules of the Road and operate irresponsibly. Overall, a great day. Rinse and Repeat!
