Frank and Recy were awesome! We rented the boat for a group of 12 for a friends bachelorette. They took great care of us - the perfect balance of giving us our own space but also jumping in to take pictures of us or toss us a beer when our cups were getting empty. Definitely recommend booking, boat was cleaned and well maintained. My only issue was the fridge was broken and I wish I knew that ahead of time so I could have planned differently in terms of food/snacks.

Booked for wedding transportation. Jamie made the booking so easy and kept in contact every step of the way. Even when I ran into an issue, Jamie worked with me to resolve it. Definitely will be booking again.

We had the best time on our day out on the water. We had friends in town for birthday celebrations and the day was full of nothing but sunshine and happiness. The crew was kind, fun, and provided the absolute best service. We have done several boat days over the 5 years of living here and this was by far tithe most memorable. Can’t wait to book another day soon!

Our group had a BLAST! The boat was very nice, clean and comfortable. We had plenty of space for the 8 of us! We loved grilling up hotdogs and burgers on the back of the boat at the sandbar, jumping off and floating in the water. The process of booking, checking in and being on board was super smooth and enjoyable. I would not hesitate to recommend!

Reecey and Frank were so much fun and made sure we all had a blast! It was our group’s first yacht experience and they made it so memorable for all of us! The boat was very nice and very comfortable for a large group of people!

The boat worked great for our needs. It was comfortable. Capt Brian was very polite and friendly. We had mapped out our agenda where we wanted to go and he was very accommodating and was happy to take us where we wanted. We had our 6 year old granddaughter and he took us to 2 different areas where she could swim. They provided the swim float, noodles and other items to float with. I would recommend Jamie and his boat.

Unfortunately, our boating experience was a disaster. We arrived at the confirmed pickup location, only to be told it was wrong. Capitan showed up 45min late and dropped us off almost an 1.5 hrs early, and telling us we had 6 minutes to get off the boat so he could make the bridge. The boat was filthy, VERY worn down (not like pictures) and smelled of mold w hairs and insect traps.
The owner blamed the captain and denied issues. Poor communication, dirty boat, shortened time w no refund.

Jamie & Brian make a great team. It was fun to cruise around looking & fancy houses & swim at the sandbar.

We had a PERFECT time aboard our 3-hour cruise around Ft. Lauderdale with Captains Recy and Frank who were both very friendly and accommodating and obviously very experienced and professional. The boat is older but very well kept and maintained. Quiet running and comfortable, too! We thoroughly enjoyed the entire cruise going down to Port Everglades to get “up close and personal” with the massive cruise ships in port, seeing the mega yachts and beautiful homes. It couldn’t have been better!

Book it! We had such an amazing experience on Risky Seas and made memories that will last my family a lifetime. Captain Brian is top notch! He made sure we had the best day celebrating my grandson's 7th birthday! Owner Jamie was very helpful and super quick to respond to any of our questions especially with this being our first time. We will be back and we will book again! Thank you Captain Brian and Jamie for a wonderful experience!

Great day on the water with Jamie’s very cool boat Risky Seas. Owner and Boatsetter made the booking process quick and secure. Boat has a great hang out area in the back with a low water entry that makes getting in and out of the water easy. Captain was friendly and knowledgeable. He helped put together the perfect itinerary for our day on the water. Boat has plenty of space up top and below deck. You will be glad you booked this one! Great memories.

The boat was very dirty and not well maintained. Stained carpets musty smell in cuddy and mildew everywhere outside. The only reason I gave this a 4 star rating is because of our captain Brian was great. He did a very good job. He was very informative about the area and was a pleasure to work with and have as our captain.

This review is way over due. But better late than never. Jamie’s boat was amazing and I will definitely recommend it to ppl. It was a GREAT experience, me and my family love it and had an awesome time. Now for the Captain! What a great guy, Great host. He really made sure we had a good time, felt like a family friend.

We had a great time on this boat. We were on this 1 day after massive flooding and Ft. Lauderdale, so the weather prevented them from picking us up at the correct location, but we made it work. The captain was great. We had our 3 year old on the boat and felt very comfortable with him on there. The lily pad was great. I would highly recommend this boat.

Can’t recommend this boat and captain enough. We used the boat for a bachelorette trip of 12 girls and there were zero issues. As the MOH I had tons of questions and Jamie was quick to respond. We were delayed due to a train crossing over a water way so the captain gave us extra time to accommodate the time lost. Too many good things to say and would 100% book again with them!

Boat was on time the captain was amazing, we had an amazing time

The boat was clean. We had issues finding the dock due to 2 separate addresses being given but luckily the captain called us and we figured it out. Captain Gus was amazing and tried to accommodate us even though he wasn't on the initial list of captains given to us. We brought food for a grill, but that was broken. Make sure to bring ice in the coolers. Overall we had a great day there were just small hiccups that made it not perfect.

We had a great time on the boat. Our captain, Gil, was also professional and attentive. For future boaters, its my understanding that the captain can only take you to sandbars in the intercostal which the water tends to be darker in color. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our time and the roll out floaty was a convenient touch.

Absolutely loved our captain!! He was so friendly and captured amazing memories for us. He also made sure we got to get the full experience we paid for. The most amazing hospitality, and it was an educational experience learning about the homes we sailed passed. I’m looking forward to charting with Jamie's Rinker Boats the next time my family and I are in FL area.

This was so much fun, the communication with the ower was excellent, our captains ( Recy Tatum and the husband) were great, they took us to the sand bar and the cruising sunset watching.

The captain was great but the boat had an alternator that didn't work, so we couldn't go touring, just to the sandbar, which was not the plan. I think it could be handled in a better way, for me, this leaves a me a bad feeling on it...

Jamie answered all of my questions. His response time was quick and he was knowledgeable about the rental process.

Captain Brian was excellent! He successfully skirted us away from thunderstorms in the area and even went to great lengths to save a phone fallen overboard. Would definitely recommend for a bachelorette party!

Brian, our boat captain was fantastic! The boat was nice on the exterior. Interior had a really strong mildew smell. That would be my only negative. It definitely didn’t take away from the great time we had.

We had the best day on Jamie’s boat on July 1. So much fun and Captain Recy and her husband Frank were awesome! They were so kind and made our day exactly how we wanted it! Spent time cruising the canals, swim mining at the sand bars, and cruising the ocean front at sunset. Captain Recy was so kind and took several pictures of our family having fun together and her and Frank was always asking if we needed anything and making sure we had drinks. Best day! We had an amazing anniversary party! The crew, Frank and Recy Tatum attended to every detail, helping with the big surprise and ensuring everyone had a fabulous time! They were friendly and knowledgeable about the boat and the landmarks along our route; they made sure we had time for a celebratory toast; they offered music suggestions to get everyone dancing; they even helped take pictures to make sure we had great mementos to take away. I can’t say enough about what a great time we had.

I am really not one to write reviews but felt it is important to share. Our charter was great, very nice boat and clean. However, our captain was borderline inappropriate. We were 10 girls going out on the boat for a bachelorette party. At first, he was taking some group photos which was totally fine. However, he continued with the photos and centered the bride then asked for “two girls with their butts” to go beside her. It felt creepy and unprofessional.

The boat was great for our group and even though they had double booked us and let us know only 2 days prior, they quickly acted to accommodate us with other options to make it work. We’d definitely do this again with this same group next time we’re down in the area!

Amazing trip!

I want to start by saying we loved captain Recy and Frank!! They were amazing and made our boating experience a great one. But I give 3 stars for the dishonesty of the owner. We originally had booked the risky seas & I got a msg saying it had “mechanical issues” the day before so they changed our boat to risky seas too, comped us an hr for the inconvenience when I had asked for it meanwhile our original boat we booked pulled up right next to us at the sandbar. So much for the mechanical issues!
