Excellent service and communication will rent again

Initial mechanical Problem with the boat we had booked (can't be helped) but the team was amazing to ensure we still had a great time on the water, with an alternative craft - highly Recommended! We will be coming back to you guys next time for sure :-D

I wish that I could leave a 5 star review but bad things happened. Small bad was that we booked a 24 foot pontoon and then got a confirmation for a 20 foot pontoon. That's not great but they did offer us a discount. We said ok. But not mentioned was the lower weight limit - we took 9 ppl out and 400' from the dock, started taking on water and having to play weight shifting games. An unsafe situation created by pushing us into a smaller boat with a lower weight limit.

Very easy process and machines were nice.

The process to pick up the boat was simple and efficient. The family and I had a great day on the water and crab island. Perfect fun for a couple hours or all day.
