Keith and Marco were great! We had 9 adults and 2 children and the boat was perfect! We had a great time on the lake and the picking up and dropping off set up worked well. Would definitely rent from them again next time in Charlotte.

The boat was perfect for our family day. When we got there everything was throughly explained and was an extremely smooth process. I will rent from them again!

Marco was a great host to work with! We had some weather concerns and he was patient, flexible, and super helpful when I was going back and forth with boatsetter to work out some last minute changes. The boat was great too, plenty of room, very clean, and so much fun with the tube. It was a super easy pickup and return as well as great communication from Marco.

They dropped the boat off at a location that was convenient for us. The boat was immaculate and looked brand new. Marco was incredibly responsive, answering all my questions promptly and making sure we were on the same page. His flexibility with scheduling made the whole process so much easier especially when the weather forecast was not looking great. The boat was in excellent condition and exactly as described.

We had to call several times and Ed picked up every time, it was comforting to know we could get the support we needed. The pontoon was beautiful and we had a wonderful time. I would rent from Marco again. Lake Wylie was beautiful and the water felt so wonderful! We rented to celebrate a birthday for a non swimmer and he said he had an amazing time.
