Louis

First time renting a boat on Boatsetter. I think what you never know is how good of a person you're renting from. Brett is a great guy. First off, the boat was great. Pictures don't do it justice. Unfortunately the boat had a issue (a belt broke) while we were in-between Eggmont and Shell Key. Ended up having to get towed in. He came all the way down to Pass-A-Grille. We got the boat out there and he drove us all back to our car. Stuff happens (especially with boats-that's why we rented). But feel confident that if things happen, Brett is there and a great guy.

The boat was immaculate and everything worked fine. Louis was extremely accommodating and communicated well so there were no issues on pick up or return. Didn't realize it didn't have power steering or if it did it was a bit difficult to maneuver in the chop. On a plane it was a breeze. I would highly recommend Louis, as he made the experience smooth and pleasant.

Wow! First time using Boatsetter, so easy and fast. Louis and his wife were super amazing, extremely nice, and accommodating. Loved the boat, it was perfect for taking the family out to the islands, grilling lunch, and snorkeling. It’s very spacious, comfortable, and a blast to drive. 10/10 recommend! Will definitely return to Louis.

The boat handles great and is super clean (recently updated). Brett (Louis) was a very accommodating host, even puts utensils (there’s a grill on the boat w/ propane), paper towels and swimming equipment (fins, floaties and snorkel) on the boat so that you can enjoy any aspect of being on the ocean. We had a great time, and truly appreciated our host. Thank you, we will look for you in the future and those looking for a great day on the water should rent this boat... it’s nicer than a lot of what’s out there.
