Everything happen as planned. The boat is new and in good condition. We took about 35 minutes to get to the Haulover Sandbar. Marina is clean, parking is available at no additional cost. Marina staffed helped us to dock the boat on the way back.

Boat in great condition, easy to rent, only gas price and “propeller insurance” is too high ! Fuel for this boat is $20 max.... and they charge $71 for fuel half a day.... too expensive.

Though these people are flexible with the regular schedule, they deliver the boat without advising the lack of ladder(was broken) so that some girls of our group had a really bad time and got heart trying to get into the boat after a swim. lastly, the associate delivering the boat was not very friendly.

Very nice experience I will rent from them again. Roman who helped up was very nice and accommodating with great customer service skills. Thanks for a great day!

Had a great trip. Martin very nice and responded very quick as we only booked the night before. Only negative was the motor was to small and we couldn’t go above 7mph but we weren’t going far anyways.

Boot war sehr runter gekommen.. Anzeige von der Geschwindigkeit ging nicht, Trim Anzeige ebenfalls defekt. Die 50 PS vom Boot hat man nicht richtig gespürt.

Servic war super und ging auch alles schnell.

Insgesamt ein tolles Erlebnis aber halt mit Mängeln 👍🏽

Clean & well running boat, no issues - will rent again

Had a great time on the boat. Martin was very communicative and helpful beforehand. Only feedback id have is to speedup the start of the rental. It took ~30 min to get the boat in the water which delayed our start. Otherwise, we had a very smooth and enjoyable experience! Thanks Martin & Roman for all your help!

Good communication Roman is really cool the boat is good for cruising. I did want to book the boat for a full day but on short notice could only get a half day. Boat was close enough to Haulover sandbar that we still got a pretty good day in over all I’d definitely rent from Martin again

I don’t recommend rental from this company. They are not professional. We agreed for 4 hours rental that is normal for 1/2 day and when we arrive at the location his employee told us that was for 3hours. I even talked yo him over the phone and explained that in the messages he sent he agreed that was for 4 hours and now he is informing that is 3. As I was already with my family I decided to go but will never rent from them again. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM

Absolutely fantastic service. The boat was clean, well maintained and Martin’s staff did a great job explaining navigating around the Miami Bay/Harbor area. Would recommend to anyone looking for a fun way to enjoy Miami.

The boat was in good condition and we had no problems operating it. Martin was helpful in answering questions prior to our rental. My only complaint is that there should be a more organized pick up. We arrived 30 minutes early as instructed however still waited 50 minutes to get the boat! Which is 20 mins past our scheduled time, however they did expend our rental by 15 minutes.
