Boat is in great condition, moored in excellent location for access to both Lake Union and Lake Washington. Highly recommend the Lily Pad floatation mat if you plan on swimming with kids - worth every penny in fun. We had 10 and there was plenty of room for us, food, drinks, and gear for 6 hours on the lake. Stephan is responsive and super easy and straightforward to deal with. We are already planning our trip for next year!

Stephen’s boat is super clean and just what we needed. Meeting at the dock was easy and there was plenty of parking available. The boat slip is tight and a bit tricky to maneuver, but Stephen was there to help get us out. Great boat and fair price for 8 people!

Excellent time. Boat well maintained. Had a few guests over and wanted to take them out on union and Washington lake. Booking was simple and owner responsive. Easy and cool access to the boat. The guest love that it was a dock that belong to a few boat houses and not a marina. Will book again.
