Alex and his partner Karen are fantastic. Trustworthy, Great boat, extremely clean, great support responding in the app and service at the marina. I can’t say enough good things about my experience. I used Boatsetter for the first time and unintentionally sprayed them with a LOT of messages, and requests that required a quick turnaround. They were extremely responsive and got me on a boat in less than 2 hours. There was a rate adjustment required because the boat was only available for 2 hours. I felt a little exposed with the process of booking at the 1/2 day rate and then they would adjust. But there were no issues, both Alex and Boatsetter honored everything they said they would do, quickly. Thank you Alex and Karen it was a great day!

Great experience with the brand new Key West 24'. This was our second time renting from Alex and both experiences were great. Quick and seamless from getting on the boat to dropping it off.

Alex was so wonderful to work with! Got back to me right away. Captain Eric was great as well! Perfect for a bachelorette or bigger group event.

Last evening my friends and I had a magnificent evening on Contender traveling down the intracoastal to Boca. With Captain Eris providing great company we comfortabley traveled, ate and saw beautiful homes throughout our ride. The activity on the intracoastal was active and provided great viewing of so many boats . The Contender is a comfortable boat with adequate space for our entire party. Captain Eric is a special guy and we all look forward to our next trip with him.
