THIS IS A SCAM! we showed up 15 mins early for our boat ride. no captain, no boat. local boat company at that harbor said they've never even seen that captain or boat before. they also said a family had the same scam happen to them by the same captain/boat the day prior. i called and texted the captain for an hour with no response. i emailed boatsetter and they still have not refunded my money 3 days later. boatsetter is trash. do not book a boat through them. use local boat companies.
