I was so impressed with Cheryl’s communication all throughout this process! She was so kind and helped us through the slightly turbulent wind report. Captain Will made sure we had an awesome time on the water, even though it started out a little bit rocky with all of the waves. Overall 10/10 experience, I will definitely be booking with both of them again!

The boat was nice and Captain John did a good job. However, the boat pricing on the Boatsetter listing was not properly disclosed. Under the list of amenities, the listing said a flotation mat/lilypad was included. However, when we arrived at the boat, we were told the mat is actually $60 extra. Also, the Boatsetter quote included an $80/hour fee for the captain. We were later told that was also wrong and the actual captain fee would be higher. I hope the boat owner gets the listing fixed.

Cheryl and Captain Chris were great hosts - everything was super smooth in terms of logistics, and both of them were very welcoming to our group and ensured we had a great time on the water. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent a boat on Lake Michigan!

Our 4 hour trip out on the lake with Captain Chris was so much fun! Boat was perfect with plenty of space for our group of 12. Cheryl was great to work with - clear and quick communication. Would definitely charter again.

5 Stars isn't enough. Wish I could leave her 10!!! Cheryl is amazing. Felt like we knew her forever. The boat was awesome. We had rented a smaller boat that I was going to captain, but she upgraded us to a larger boat and provided Captain John to captain the boat for us along with his wife who helped make sure everything was perfect. Can't recommend Cheryl highly enough! Thank you, Cheryl for a fantastic day. It could not have been better!!!!!

Cheryl (the owner) was incredibly responsive, and found us a great same-day option on really short notice. The boat was perfect for us (just two people) for an afternoon cruise along the lakefront. Our captain Johnny handled some choppy water like a pro, making our journey super enjoyable and very memorable. Would 100% book with Cheryl again!
