The trip started out good until the boat became inoperable several times and pretty much left us stranded for a few hours, not to mention the boat was not clean and restrooms didn't work. We tried to be understanding and respected all rules and had no other incidents, but still only received $87 refund for the trouble. It was quite scary trying to drive a boat with no lights at night, so we had to use the emergency light, it was crazy and the first time this ever happened to me renting a boat.

Avoid Boatsetter and this boat at all costs. We were left stranded after boat would not move and had to pay our own towing company after Boatsetter and myself failed to make contact with captain. Boatsetter also failed to issue any kind of refund for the boat captain being over an hour late and no one waiting for boat had we been able to tow it back to the location. Had to get rescued by towing company because not enough life jackets on board either. Captain paid In full.
