Great experience!

Our group had the best time on July 4th! Captain Sam and the crew were awesome and made sure we were all having fun while being safe. Highly recommend for your next charter!!

Overall, a fun experience. Really good communication from Joseph prior to our boat date. We had hoped to go on the river prior to having some lake time but were told that wasn't possible so make sure to inquire ahead of time if that's your goal. The boat was fairly clean but there was a pretty significant spider (small spiders, but spiders nonetheless) infestation at the bow seating area so we had to deal with that. They did fill the cooler with ice in advance, which was a big plus.

Great boat - amazing time for the bachelor party

Steve from island party was very kind. We were running a little late and they were very friendly about it. They provided ice in the coolers beforehand as I notified we would require it. They helped us bring our things on board as well. While on the water we got to use the floating pad- water was too cold for the waterslide(58 degrees). Very fun experience and would do it again! Only thing is I wished there was a table to place all the food we brought on board but it was still a good time.

Boat was great. Joseph the owner was very fast at responding to our messages and he was willing to work with us on times. Took my family of 10 on the boat and we all had a great time. We went in the evening so we could see the fireworks from the boat. Definitely a plus.

Captain Jack was awesome and we had a lovely morning on the river. The boat has a bluetooth speaker, a cooler with fresh ice for your drinks, and plenty of space for 6 people. Great value!

The boat was fun and a great size for our party. There were a lot of spiders and cobwebs but otherwise was clean. Management needs to do a better job with scheduling and letting their employees know what's going on. They scheduled back to back charters with zero wiggle room So, when a crewmate was 45 minutes late to our charter, we could not make up the time missed because they had a charter starting right as ours was supposed to end. Despite that, everyone had a fun time. Slide and the lily pad were great!

Captain Sam and the crew (deck hands: Lydia and Amber, bartender: Sandra) were amazing. Fantastic day on the river. We had to avoid the lake because of inclement weather, but the tour of the river was beautiful.
Booking was easy and Joseph was responsive to questions.

There was a random edit to the booking a few days before the charter which increased the price, but I called boatsetter and they fixed it right away.

The captain and crew were great and helped make our outing so much fun. We booked a later time so we only had about 30 min to swim before the sun started setting, and the crew helped us make the most of it with the slide and floating mat. They also offered to drop us off on the riverwalk instead of in the marina which was great. It ended up being perfect!

An awesome experience! We had originally booked to be on the lake but due to water conditions - they moved us to the river. Everything was organized, clean and our fun was certainly prioritized. Thank you!

Everyone on the boat was great and in good spirits! Drinks were very good. Everyone I came in contact with during the process was very helpful. They took care of us and all my guest were extremely satisfied!! Very good chance I book with them next year!! Thanks guys!

Still don't understand why I paid $190 to Boatsetter for a captain when I paid the captain directly. WHERE IS THAT MONEY? Please be aware, that there is a separate charge (currently a minimum of an additional $450) for the captain. This was not explained to me until after booking and about a week before the cruise.

We were a little unimpressed by the boat. The process in booking was also somewhat of a headache due to having to book the boat and a captain. Next time, we would probably just go on a larger ticketed cruise than rent a smaller private boat again. It still wasn’t a bad experience once in the water.

Everything was great! It was the perfect get away. I would only say the boat was a little dirty when we got on but nothing a good sweep didn’t fix. The whole trip was wonderful and exactly what we needed to make an extraordinary day for my sisters Bach party!

Super fun boat for bachelorette party!! Had a little trouble finding the boat at first, but we had gotten there early so we found it in time. Slide and floating mat were a hit.

Easy booking experience and had no issues with getting on our boat and having a great day on the lake.

Boat was great. Well kept. The slide was really fun. They had plenty of life jackets and a huge floating carpet looking thing. I loved everything about the boat.

Had a wonderful time on the boat. It was a rainy day but the captain and crew made the best of it. Ordered lunch through the boat and that was great. They took care of the food, the paper goods and clean up. Enjoyable day.

We had a great time on boat! Captain Greg was fab. It was easy to find boat. Tiki bar near by to get drinks was perfect. All in all, experience was fantastic abs we would def do again!
