Susan was very responsive despite multiple changes and requests to move drop off locations. Live that boatsetter offers insurance while the regional rental locations do not. After Helene, this is important with the debris in the river/lake. It's not bad if you pay attention. The boat was in great shape. Susan showed up well in advance to ensure we were on the water before out time. Can't thank them enough for making my dad's birthday a hit!
