Horrible!! Terrible!!! Customer service was disgusting! I paid for 3 hours and was only on the boat for an hour and 30 mins on the boat. We arrived 15 mins late and the boat still wasn’t ready! Gordon decided to raise his voice and argue with me and also made me pay extra money that wasn’t discussed when booking the boat. The only thing that’s was discussed to pay for was the fuel reimbursement. I had to pay money for the jet ski and we rode them for 5 mins before we even had to get off. We also requested 3 jet skis and only got 2 then we only got 1 jet ski because the crew sank the obliges one. I highly don’t recommend!! I wish I could get my money.

I rented the Spanish Princess for my birthday and it was such a great time! Gordon and his crew were amazing and were able to accommodate special drink requests etc. Would definitely book again for another party.

Unfortunately the Pontoon was down for repairs so we ended up taking out the 59' charter boat. We had a great time and the crew was wonderful!

Great day on the water! Gordon is a fantastic captain, and the crew was incredibly professional and super helpful.
Only complaints we had were
1- the interior didn’t have adequate air conditioning, so it was a bit hot indoors, but we spent the whole time outside anyways so it didn't matter too much.
2- the costs that are calculated later are kind of unpredictable. I think it would be better if they just charged one overall sum that would cover everything and have it just be all-inclusive.

All in all, though, my group had a fantastic time! Gordon is a great guy and we had a fantastic time onboard the yacht!

The day on the water was great!! The captain and crew were very polite and made sure we had all we needed to enjoy our trip..

Great experience with my wife. Besides the weather we had a great time. Crew was great and friendly. The jetski was a little off, seemed like it needed repair. Ovr 3.5 out of 5

I wish I could leave no stars, this was by far the worst experience ever. Never book with this owner. I paid for 1 book and was force to go on another, that was very poor in quality. He demanded that I pay more money after the trip. I was forced to pay because I was threatened if I didn’t. I was afraid for our life, especially if he called the police and we were the only blacks in that area and with all that is going on in the world today. We had the wrong boat, we were suppose to have 3 jet skis and only received 2 and 1 was broke, the boat was over 1.5 hours late and wasn’t CLEAN AT ALL, especially to COVID standards, I have his staff recorded and pics that supports all that I am saying, customer service was poor, and so much more. I am limited with the amount of words. He should not be in business or should not be able to market on this platform. I trusted Boatsetter because of their rating and I’m highly disappointed.

Great Captain Gordon, great boat and great time. Tribute to the fallen 13! Thank you for the experience.

I had a fabulous time! Great sailing experience, great food, drinks and vibes. I would definitely recommend taking this boat with Captain Gordon.
