The captains were outstanding—professional, friendly, and made the day enjoyable. The Lagoon 450 F was the perfect size and got us to Emerald Bay quickly. Unfortunately, the boat was not properly prepared. One head contained unflushed waste, another had urine, the lower cabin had a strong fish odor, and the refrigerators were not turned on before arrival. The crew was excellent, but the pre-charter cleaning and preparation fell well below expectations.
