Our rental started at 9a. When we arrived there was trouble starting the boat @9:25a. we were instructed to wiggle/ "blow on" the key bc of a bad connection. We left the dock, got about 5 mins out and the boat shut off. The boat restarted. We went down about 5miles & it shut off again. While wiggling the key, as instructed, the ignition dropped into the dash. We had to call a tow @1030a. Now they claim damages/charging for 8 hrs. Also, the manager did not complete check in as required!
