We reserved this boat weeks in advance for my bachelorette party. We were EXTREMELY disappointed that when we arrived to the facility the boat was nowhere to be found. After 30 minutes of trying to get in contact with the owner, we were able to board, but it was a completely different boat without a slide. It was a huge let down since we specifically wanted this boat for the special occasion. The owner did not compensate us fair enough for the inconvenience- he offered $100 discount. A joke.
