Great boat. Captain was very friendly and made sure we were having a good time.

Water toys and floating mat were missing and we were forced to rent them from a 3rd party for $100, Michael has ignored all requests to be reimbursed along with Boatsetter's requests. Also, steps leading down to cabin are very steep and slippery which caused a couple of people in our party to slip and fall, Michael has also ignored that complaint as well. Michael was very responsive before and leading up to the event, but has been missing in action ever since.

We ended up on Queen Myra - with Myra as our captain and she was AMAZING - thank you to captain john and captain myra for such a memorable trip - it was a true pleasure
