Overall, we had a good time and Captain Gonzalo was great. However, there are several items that should be clarified in the description: 1) The boat is not brand new, it's 6 years old. 2) The boat does currently not have fresh water. 3) The boat is missing its swim ladder (which would have been helpful despite the hydraulic swim platform). 4) The boat did not come with paddle boards. 5) It takes almost 1hr form the dock to the open water. 6) Half the cabins were locked and off limits.

Celebrated my 28th birthday here. EXTREMELY recommend. The boat was spotless clean, and smelled very good! Captain Gonzalo has the upmost professionalism and customer service, he went above and beyond to make it the best day ever. Will 1000%% rent with him again!

Great time spent aboard the NORA with our captain Romano and mate Magui. Very attentive for us and helped us with setup, getting our food together, and organizing our drinks. Great time aboard and would definitely recommend! I would recommend doing 4+ hours due to the time it takes from the dock to the open sea.

Bad crew, very slow boat, uncomfortable

The captain that took us on our 6 hour cruise was really good and was totally in the groove with our people. Very impressed with Boatsetter.com. They did everything plus for our adventure. Would totally recommend Boatsetter.com for anyone looking to rent a captained boat for a day or partial day of June in the Miami sun. One more thing, they charged me a $500 security deposit. Our cruise was Saturday and they have all ready released in today Sunday. Very profession all the way around.

The AC was broken. The boat was slow. The captains didn’t speak English and were difficult. They over compensated how much time it would take to get back to the dock and cut our time short.

Great crew and experience! Definitely book at least 4+ hours because it does take an hour each way just to get out to the water/back to the marina.
