This was our first time renting on Boatsetter. From start to finish, Dale made the process so easy! His communication was prompt and friendly whenever I had questions. He had the boat ready and waiting for us in the water when we arrived; it was obvious it had been meticulously cared for.
Dale gave us a thorough tutorial of the boat and made sure we felt comfortable before heading out. It was a GREAT day on the water and we will rent from Dale again.

The boat was exactly as described, and it was delivered clean and in great condition. Not a gas guzzler, either. Dale was very quick to respond to both the booking request and my follow-up questions. Launch and take-out were extremely smooth. We had two adults, two teenagers, two younger kids, a dog, a tow raft, two coolers, and personal items, and we still weren’t crowded. We had a great time and would highly recommend this boat and owner!

Dales boat is immaculate, everything worked perfectly. I can hardly believe this is a 2012, super modern GPS, lots of features. Dale was easy to work with and super prompt.

5 of us took the boat out around CHS for the day and loved it. When we had questions out on the water, Dale was only a call or text away - he was super responsive and was right on time to drop us off and pick us up from the dock.

Boat was great, and dale was nice guy. We had a minor issue at the very end of the day and Dale was understanding with us coming back a little late.

Dale is a true gent, we rented the boat had a great day on the water the boat instruments are top spec and well kept. Sadly in the last hour had an issue with the engine, these things happen but he handled it really well & took care of us. Rent with confidence I will 100% rent from him again no hesitations!
