Thank you so much for having us! We had such a fun time staying on the houseboat. It was such a unique experience, and the space was cozy, comfortable, and very well thought out.

The only feedback we’d offer is that you may want to look into the rotten egg smell that comes through the drain pipes. It became quite strong whenever we ran the shower or sink and would permeate throughout the house. We made it work and just tried to be quick when using the water, but it could be a bit uncomfortable

The boat was in perfect condition and Nick was great to work with, but the really great thing about this rental is the location, it is a perfect combination of intercoastal, scenic, and ocean waters. Would definitely recommend!

We’ve chartered many boats over the years with my family and Nick was one of the best that we’ve had over the years. Prior to the sailing, he was very responsive and helpful to plan a fun afternoon out on the water. Once out in the water, he made sure that we got to do everything that my family was looking forward to doing that afternoon and that we were all safe, had fun and had a memorable experience. The tubing in particular was one of the best we’ve been on -and the clamming was great too
