Who knew renting a boat could be this easy!? Very smooth process with Jake. The boat was exactly as described. We had an excellent time and the boat was perfect!

The boat stopped working halfway through our rental. Jake was slow to respond so we flagged down another boater to help us. Jake didn't follow up at all that day or the day after to make sure we and his boat were ok. When I asked for a refund he flatly refused. The boat is 16 years old with stained seats (the pics here must be very old). That didn't bother me. The boat malfunctioning didn't even bother me that much, it was the fact that Jake couldn't have cared less.

Jake was fantastic to work with - and even helped adjust our rental due to some pop up weather. Would highly recommend using Jake and his boat for your river boating needs!
