Keith met us on-time at the marina and introduced us to his well-maintained and well cared-for Pearson 30'. Diesel was reliable and the sails were new with updated sheets. Everything worked great. It could not have been better, 10 out of 10. For sailing purposes, on-shore breezes start approx. 12:30 on NJ coastal waters.

I had a chance to solo in Keith's vessel in the protected waters of Sandy Hook. I had a wonderful time as his Pearson handled the 6-10 knots of wind without difficulty. This was my second time in his Pearson 30'.
