“Ahoy, Thank you for clicking on my profile! I have a passion for watersports! I've white-water rafted/kayaked in Iceland, Slovenia, New Zealand, Canada, Alaska, and most of the great rivers in the Lower 48! I have enjoyed sailing the Great Lakes and belong to a local Yacht club. Living in Santa Cruz is perfect for my other love of SUP/Surfing. I began as a deckhand fishing salmon in Cook Inlet, Alaska. From there I skippered a small skiff for Alaska Department of Fish and Game in Bethel, Alaska. I took part in the clean-up effort of the Valdez, operating a small Kodiak vessel in the Prince William Sound of Alaska. I retired from a rewarding corporate career to pursue my love of driving boats! I currently work as a captain on a charter boat in Moss Landing, CA, a captain on vessel assist company out of Santa Cruz harbor, and a captain on volunteer research vessel near Monterey, CA.
