Fantastic and enjoyable! Ana and Captain Lucho are wonderful. They have a beautiful boat and are very experienced. We had a such a wonderful time. They are so gracious and very professional. Highly recommend them!

BUYER BEWARE - False advertising
The captain of the boat LIVES IN THIS BOAT. The boat doesnt have two rooms that you can use. One of them is being used by the captain to sleep in!! We could smell his body odor all over the space. The fridge had his open drink cans in it and was not available for us to use. The kitchen sink had his personal supplies in it.
The pictures are also misleading. The main cabin is a lot smaller than what shows in the picture. IT CANNOT hold 6 people. We were completely crammed in.
The bathroom had his personal supplies displayed. Used hand towels. completely gross!!
Also Ana is not the captain of this boat. Some other scruffy guy is.
And the icing on the cake - both Ana and boatsetters are completely nonchalant about the conditions of the boat.
Boatsetters offered me a $45 refund. That's a joke!
Ana is yet to respond to my calls and text messages.
I will never use this service ever again. Completely ruined my birthday celebrations!
If zero starts was an option that's what I would give to the boat, to the captain.

Great time!

Horrible horrible experience. We didn't get the boat we had hired. We had hired a 24 ft speed boat that had a couple of cabins that had a nice interior for us to hang out in. The boat we got was a pontoon. We were all crambes into the cabin that was not meant for six people. The captains unmade bed and bathroom with personal supplies was in plain view. The interior of the boat was filthy. There was trash in the sink. An unmade bed in the adjoining room. Captains personal items in the bathroom. It was definitely not the experience we were looking for. If there was an issue with the boat and you couldn't give us what you had committed to you should have informed us. We were very very unhappy with our experience.

Ana was an amazing person to work with to set up the day. She responded quickly and didn’t mind that plans changed. Captain Lucho was amazing and it was overall an amazing day on the water! thanks.

We had such an amazing time! The captain was wonderful and the boat is beautiful.

We did a half day experience for my husband’s birthday. The captain was on time, friendly, and experienced. We took a trip up to National Harbor, the Wharf, and the Yards. Highly recommend for an enjoyable day out on the water!

I had the best experience. I was lost getting to the location but the captain waited for me and allowed us to have our full three hours. Captain was very entertaining and made us feel comfortable. We took fun pictures driving the boat. I highly recommend this. GREAT EXPERIENCE, I will definitely book again.

Captain Lucho was very polite and accommodating. This is really a perfect size boat for 5 people, very comfortable. We had a fun time cruising around the Potomac. Definitely will choose them again !

This was an awesome experience. Ana was very responsive and accommodating. Captain Lucho was fun, easygoing and a great guide. The onboarding process and sailing were very simple and easy to work through. Their boat is great and has everything on board. Overall fantastic and memorable time!

Ana was wonderful to work with. Super responsive and laid back. Captain Frank and his first mate were awesome! The whole experience was phenomenal. Can't wait to go back out on the boat.

We had a great time - boat was fantastic - much nicer than we were expecting! Our captain was excellent (very easy to communicate with by text prior to the outing) and very accommodating once we were onboard (helping us to set up speakers, etc.). He also seemed very experienced - so everyone felt safe. We departed right on time and enjoyed a nice tour of the monuments. We would do it again!!
