Our group of 4 chartered Karen's 30ft Catalina with Captain Chris at the helm for one day of sailing - we had an aboslutly wonderful time- boat is in great condition and Chris did a great job teaching us skills. Would recommend this boat to anyone.

We had a great time on the Lorelei and will rent again.

The Lorelei is a Catalina 30' probably from the late 70s, so do not expect a new boat. The radio, gps and the stereo are new and perfectly working. Rigging is in good condition and the sails and jib are almost new. The boat sails great and we did not have any issues handling it in the shallow waters of the Biscayne bay. Small things here and there need repair, but other than a tachometer that worked on and off all of it was as expected.

Chris (takes care of the boat), was great to work with, he accommodated our schedule very well and gave us a good overview of the boat before sailing off. Since the boat is on a mooring, he also carried us around with his dinghy when we came back to the marine in late hours. He got also a parking permit to leave our car at the marina.

Karen the owner was also very nice to deal with, even if we did not meet, she was in contact and responding all our inquiries.
