    we booked for two hours but total trip time was an hour and 47 minutes and we spent the whole time exitting and then heading back in at an extremely slow pace

    Alex thinks he so professional by having fast booking option. We booked at 3 pm didn’t accommodate for us until 7:30. Got a text from the captain at 6:15 asking to delay till 8 which we couldn’t cuz we took a rental car that had to be retuned by 12 three hours away at the airport. I called him to tell him we can’t do 8. He called me back AFTER 7:30 And he wouldn’t not give me a refund. He had the audacity to accuse me of never getting on about when he asked me to be there. DO NOT BOOK WITH HIM!
