The boat was fine. However, it should be noted that in order to reach the boat one must descend 106 steep steps and, obviously, 106 steep steps to return to the house. Children and anyone over the age of fifty will have difficulties and the minimize the use of the boat. This should be noted by the owner of the house and boatsetter.

Boat was reliable and very convenient option for the whole family to enjoy swimming , fishing and cruising on clean and quiet Lonely Lake.
