No electric working no bathroom working engine was having trouble not worth the money at all

Captain made last minute change to pick up at public dock. Arrived 20 minutes late. The public dock was clearly not designed for boats if this size. This was a Major Warning. The itinerary we asked for was completely ignored. Requested to take a break to swim at a local sand bar, and was rejected. Although a seasoned captain, he was either new to the boat, or just not comfortable operating it yet. This excursion was very disappointing. I basically over-paid for the gas, Captain practice cruse.
