Had a blast! Easy, hassle-free experience. Boat was in great working condition and ran smoothly. Got to take my whole family out along the intercostal seeing the beautiful homes and yachts. Would recommend and would be happy to rent with Cameron again!

The logistics of getting and returning the boat were great. The pick up place was very convenient. The boat was exactly as described in the ad and was very clean. The only draw back was that most of the time you had to navigate through no wake zones.

Cameron was great. Very good at communicating and explaining what and where. His assistant was also excellent. When we got to the boat Ian was there with the boat all ready in the water and ready to go. Quick lesson and we were off. Boat was exactly what was advertised and what we expected.

You won’t regret booking with Cam!!! He was extremely patient in the booking process as was his employee Ian who patiently answered all our questions as we were first time captains. So if you’re new to the water, don’t worry!! Definitely take the chance and book with Cam. The whole process was so smooth and they’re great people. We had a fantastic time on Cameron's boat today. We also got the floating mat as an add on and the kids loved it. The whole rental process was so smooth and simple! I highly recommend it and would definitely rent it again.

Amazing time and wonderful accommodations

Pick up and drop off smooth, boat was rough helm wheel pulled very hard to starboard, horn inoperative and depth finder doesn’t work. Image of boat is of a much newer boat. Location was good, ice I requested/paid for in order was not onboard. I have much experience so helm pulling hard was ok but should not be sent out in that condition.

Great day on this boat yesterday! Boat was clean and ready when we arrived. Cameron was flexible as we were a few minutes late due to traffic. We love the easy launch and return. The only tiny issue we had was the Bluetooth wouldn’t connect from boat stereo to our phones and we tried to pair with an iPhone and Android? Since we had no problem with the last boat we took out, not sure what happened. But the radio worked fine and we had a great day on the Intracoastal!

Super convenient, they drop the boat in the water and pick it up when you return. Boat has bluetooth speaker set up which is nice. plenty of storage and nice canopy.
My only issues were with the steering and condition of the boat. Steering was a little challenging, it was not smooth and you felt like you were fighting the boat. The boat itself is nice but was in rougher condition than I would expect for 2 yrs old. Also not great in chop or waves. Over all Good Value, Good owner.

The reservation process, and time leading up to my booking, was easy and straight forward. Cameron has an accurate description of the boat and process. He’s very pleasant and answered all of my questions/messages quickly. My family had a wonderful time and would definitely book with Cameron again!

I was happy with the communication with Cameron, he was super responsive to all messages and the boat was just as pictured. Once out on the water we didn’t really know the best places to go so we kind of just floated around but it was relaxing with the Bluetooth speaker and waving to other boaters and people on shore added to the “chill” vibe. Faith was very friendly and patient with us. All in all a positive experience. Thanks!

We came to Fort Lauderdale with our kids for a family trip And we were so looking forward for this boat ride, The boat owner was very nice and responsive even before we arrived to Fort Lauderdale he spoke with us on the phone we made sure we will have everything we want. And especially the day of the boat rental there was a bad weather It was rainy it was very accommodating he left it totally up to our decision if we want to come or not. Very easy check-in and check-out, hopped on the boat upon arrival and left after some instructions and someone was waiting for us when we returned. Boat was as described although it didn’t feel as new as imagined. 18 ft is a bit small for crossing big boats in the canal but we managed and still had a great time. Very good communication and service from Cameron and his partner.

The only way to boat if you don't want the hassle. Only complaint would be Bluetooth wouldn't turn on. Otherwise seamless

The best experience every time!

Boat was in good condition, however had an issue with the engine. It was spluttering above 10mph so we had to go slow the whole time. We still had good time so marking it with 3 stars, but it was not worth the premium paid as we weren't able to enjoy watersports as anticipated. Boatsetter customer support gave me a discount - so great customer support from them!

The boat was fine. However, it seemed as though we were at no wake slow speed most of the trip. And there was only two options to go see the lighthouse or the sandbar. Too many police boats. It was a very stressful and non-enjoyable trip. It seems as though on the West Coast it is not as strict and it does not have so many no wake zones.
