The location was very convenient at Fishermans Terminal, and we were met by Hung, right on time, where he gave us a walkthrough of the boat, and location of all of the safety features, etc...

The boat was very clean and had a great sound system for relaxing on spending time on Lake Washington with some close friends. We had no issues at all with the boat itself, it runs like a dream.

We rented in the evening for a half day, and wound up getting a bit lost looking for the dock on our return, which caused us to be a bit late. We felt very bad for this as Hung and his family were waiting for us to return. I really appreciated his easy going and positive attitude even when were a bit late to return the boat.

5 stars, will definitely rent from him again!

Boat was in good shape and worked well all day. Hung was super responsive and helpful leading up to the day of rental, and flexible as to return time as we rented for a full day. My only complaint was that there was noone to meet us at our pre-arranged time, and we spent a tense fifteen minutes wondering if our day was actually going to happen. Hung did allow us to recoup that time on the back end - so all in all a good experience. One warning - the Bayliner did not have the power to pull up a 170 lb water skier in choppy conditions. If you want to ski, maybe go for one of his more powerful boats. But great boat for tubing!

I could not be happier with Hung and his fleet of boats. We rented the Bayliner which is in awesome condition. I have never seen a 16 year-old boat in such nice condition. I am really surprised, rental most rental boats end up in rough shape. Not Hung' fleet they area all pristine. I am in Seattle a couple times per year we will rent one of his deck boats.

Hung was great- I was a first time boatsetter renter and he was patient and flexible with everything- from setting up the booking- to my party arriving very late to start- and to top it off, helping me dock the boat at the end (had been a long time since I rented a boat). The boat was very clean and disinfected - we were concerned about this with COVID, but when we arrived I saw them cleaning another boat down and it was thorough.

We had such a wonderfu and memorable time on the Bayliner celebrating my son’s birthday and Hung made our first experience with Boatsetter so easy and seamless. There was a chance of rain on the date we were scheduled and we had peace of mind with his free cancellation in case of inclement weather policy. This was our second time renting from Hung, last time the smaller Sea Ray. The 22 footer is a sweet boat that has a more powerful engine and takes the wakes really well. If you are an experienced boater, you'll truly appreciate this boat.

Hung and his family are very nice and accommodating. I wanted extra fenders and hook for this trip and he had them ready for us (some fenders brand new!) along with a life jacket for a baby. I can't say enough nice things about our experiences!

I am experienced with boats since 2006. First time renting 19 years old boat and it has broken steering system. Since I am well experienced I decided not to cancel my date and spent a day on a “NOT SAFE BOAT” Told owner about his boat problem but didn’t complain about that, just thought he could fix it but owner was just laughing at me. Service REALLY BAD. Boat is NOT SAFE.
He doesn’t deserve even 1 star.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I enjoyed our Sea Ray Boat rental from Hung and would do it again sometime. It was a glorious afternoon out on the water and the boat was easy to drive and fun to use to explore the local lakes. Hung was very responsive in our communication before the rental and did a good job explaining the boat's features and how to best use them for a fun and safe trip. Hung was very responsive, flexible and understanding. As renters go, he's as laid back as they come. This couldn't be easier. Easy parking. Short walk to the boat. Hung was ready for us. The boat walk-thru was like 10 minutes. The boat was nice and plenty fast. We had fun with the towable tube. I wasn't sure if the 6 hour booking would be too much, but it was just right. With some tubing, a couple of breaks, looping around Mercer Island, and fueling, we made it back just in time. I will say that if you don't have boating experience, pulling out of the marina could be intimidating. The steering is delayed at slow speeds. I found myself slightly over-correcting to hold a straight line. Luckily there were no oncoming boats.

What a great day on the water! Hung was super responsive, friendly, and flexible. He filled the gas at no extra charge and didn’t get upset when we arrived a little later than planned. The only problem was Bluetooth stereo would not connect to anyone’s phone in our group. The radio worked great. We trouble-shot the the situation for a while over the phone, but no luck. I would bet that he has that fixed quickly.

Hung is great guy, is there at the marina to help inspect and dock. Very friendly, boat was in great condition. great day on the water.

If you're trying to rent a boat in Seattle, Hung is your guy. Very friendly and professional and was very quick to respond. He was able to get me on a boat just hours after I made the request. Hung was very accommodating in setting up a time to meet and he and his brother had the boat ready to go, showing us all we needed to know for taking it out for the day. We took it over and around Lake Washington, then cruised around Lake Union on the way back, and were quite pleased. It was also really easy to drop the boat back off. We would rent from Hung again!

This was our first time using boatsetter, as I just sold my boat earlier this summer. It was a great experience and Hung's boat was in excellent condition. Definitely want to rent from Hung again in the future.

The boat was perfect and better than expected. Hung and his team were at the dock when we arrived and helped us load and get situated. They were just really pleasant. I had some flake out guests and was late returning and used more gas than anticipated and we quickly worked it out. It was one of the best days of .. well … that I’ve had for ages. Hopeful to rent this boat again have referred it to several friends already who saw my social media from that glorious day.
