Through the years his boating habit has taken him far and wide with many thousands of offshore miles in various bodies of water with ports of call including many inshore lakes, the Gulf of Mexico, US East and West coasts, Mexico, Bermuda, Caribbean, Mediterranean and South Pacific. He has commanded boats from 8 to over 100 feet. On the sailing side of things enjoys the entire spectrum of sailing from relaxed cruising to world championship level racing. He is a working licensed captain with a charter company and a yacht captain staffing service, and a senior sailing instructor with a sailing school. ”
