Everybody who I spoke to was very friendly. We had a small hiccup at the beginning, but Mark assisted in resolving the issue. Would rent again.

Nice clean pontoon boat in great condition!!

The boat was in good shape. There were some dings in the prop. Also, no straps were provided for securing the stern to the trailer. Recommend bringing your own. Better safe than sorry. Finally, the owner was not available during the weekend of our reservation. As a result, there was no one on-site to assist with inspection or to answer any questions. Communication in advance was good, but customer service during the rental was absent. Nice boat. We had a good time.

I rented this boat as a surprise 40th birthday present for my husband, and we couldn’t have been more pleased. Mark was an excellent communicator, and the boat was exactly as expected. He went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed, a brand new tube to tow, a pump, and ample life jackets in varying sizes. He was available for questions day of as well. I would definitely recommend renting from Mark!

The boat was good. The customer service from Boatsetter was bad. I expected a lot more and was disappointed with the quality of the service.
