Boat was very clean and ran well. Owner is very detailed at explaining and making you feel comfortable taking it out. Very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our day out on the water with it!

Boat is not new, and has minor issues, but gets the gob done. Renter is super helpful!

The boat was very spacious.
Russell was very helpful. Unfortunately, it had a lot of growth on the hull where it would not come up on plane were it ran very slow and burn to much fuel

Russel was an awesome host and the boat was perfect. Our group was 10 and we felt it might have been a little tight for 12. Pickup was near Brickell and Russel helped us navigate out of a very narrow marina. He didn't start the time on the rental until after we dropped him off. Such a perfect day with this boat and had no complaints, he made it very easy for us!

Everything I could have asked for. Great location to see and do all, you might want to. Highly recommend, especially if you have experience operating a boat and want to navigate and view the area on your own.

When we first arrived went over details and then when Russel left, we were stopped before even taking off and was held up for 1 hr. Needless to say we rented from 12-6 left and 1pm and brought back at 4:20pm.
The officer was saying we can not rent boat off Miami dade property and is not allowed. So here we are uncomfortable about the situation and felt as though we should not rent.
When returning the boat, dept shows 3 feet and got stuck, me having experience I was able to back up boat.

Such a great time! Russel was helpful, reliable and nice. The boat had plenty of shade and was a perfect size for 2 families.

Russell was very approachable and available through the entire rental experience.

There is no better way to see Miami than from the water. We had a great time touring through downtown and Star Island then off to the Sandbar to hangout on the floating mat. Russ was great with our two year old and made sure our music was all synced up. Highly recommend!

Russell was great and the boat was perfect. Nice safe boatung area for Boatsetter crews. Caught some fish, saw some dolphin and had a great, fun and safe day.

The boat was perfect for what we had wanted to do - which was 1 hour of sightseeing and 2 hours at the sandbar. It was very smooth and seated 7 of us all in the front, with still plenty of room in the back shaded area for around 5 more seats.

We had a great day!!!! Mostly because Russel was fabulous and accommodating. He ran into unexpected engine problems , so typical of oceangoing pleasures, but his experience in the Navy allowed him to turn what could have been a disaster into a perfect day on the water. He would have allowed us to cancel, but we stuck with him and he with us!!!! I recommend them highly

The boat was perfect for our family outing. It had good maneuvering and plenty of power. The multiple speakers were great. We stopped at a sandbar for a few hours and cruised around the bay. The swim mat and fresh water hose were a huge bonus. Russel was extremely quick to respond to messages and easy to work with. We will rent this boat again!
