We had a great experience. The boat was nice and clean. Only problem we had was the steering needed some work, but it didn’t disrupt our experience.

Nice yacht club with restaurant however the office to get to the boat was not marked. People were nice but they rented us a boat with a bad engine which they knew about. It kept stalling and would not go past 30mph some of the time. Windows were dirty and you couldn't see driving. Poor power steering. This rental more than what we have paid for boat rentals elsewhere like lake Gaston and Smith mountain lake. Usually get a pontoon. Also York river more difficult as shallow a lot of places
