We enjoyed the trip, but were very surprised when we were charged for gas at the end of the trip. Not only was that a surprise to me (always read the fine print), but the way the charge it is totally arbitrary. Boats don't have a clear gauge and it was basically a guess. I am not against this, but since I didn't factor it in the boat, which was pretty old, with ripped seats and all, was more expensive that expected.

Reinier is extremely amazing! He went over and beyond before booking answered my all questions to make my first booking a breeze. The captain Tony was so sweet and fun! We had a great time for our bachelorette party! Can’t wait to book with them on our next trip!

Reiner was very responsive in communications and a pleasure to deal with.

He is professional and courteous and was sensitive to our needs. He has many boat options and trips to choose from and his pricing is fair.

Captain Tony was great company for the 9 girls he took out to sea.

We had a great time with Captain Tony on our trip for a bachelorette party to Miami! He was very accommodating to where we wanted to go and what we wanted to do. He even adjusted our original plans to change from a sandbar to an island when it ended up being really windy - and it was perfect. We were able to relax and be out of the wind. He also took us on a little trip to see the coastline.

Reinier was very responsive throughout the process to all of our questions. The location of where we boarded was easy to find and the boat was very clean. We comfortably fit 6 people with room to spare. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a nice time on the water.

Great experience!

We did not have a good time renting through Reiner. Few reasons why:
1. Reiner followed up the week before our rental to move us from an 11am departure to a 10am departure. I understand he wanted to rent out the boat twice on saturday so I don't mind that. We had plans in the morning and were unable to move our departure time earlier. He didn't make us move so that was a +1 for him, but it was annoying.
2. The morning of the trip, I get a call from him and he lets us know that the boat we rented was no longer available, but he had a back-up boat for us. The whole thing seemed a little bit sketchy because he claimed the boat was broken, but only waited to call us the morning before. The replacement boat was much worse than the boat we had rented and barely fit all of us. Even the captain Reiner hired noted how bad this boat was. He said he was going to refund us, but haven't seen anything yet.....
3. The captain - first of all, we had read positive reviews of Tony on this site, but we were very disappointed in his work as a captain. Firstly, he made continuous racist comments and jokes during our trip. We understand that boat captains often have some good classic jokes, but these went well over the line! Secondly, he disregarded our comfort throughout the ride. The 7 of us on the ride all own boats and understand how rides cant always be smooth, but Tony sped through the channels and did not slow down for any of the massive yacht waves that we encountered despite us asking him to slow down so we didn't fly all over the place.

Overall, a pretty disappointing experience.

We had an amazing day thanks to Reinier and Captain Tony!!! The boat was kept up very nice and clean!! Captain Tony was very nice and polite, truly a wonderful person! Will definitely boat with them again! Highly recommend!!!

Amazing amazing amazing.... I can’t thank you guys enough... It is my boyfriend’s 35th birthday and wanted it to be amazing something he will never forget. What other way to celebrate but on a yacht. So I had been planning this day for a while and come a couple of friends and to come so we can surprise him with a yacht experience for his birthday and may I say it again it was amazing....The yacht was beautiful the experience even better between the captain and his wife they made sure everyone was good....I can’t to do it again !!!!!

My friends and I had such a wonderful day on the boat thanks to Reinier! He did everything he could to ensure we’d have the best time even when we were dealing with inclement weather. He answered my questions in a timely fashion, and I felt very confident each step of the way. Captain Tony was also awesome as well! Very professional. Clean boat. Friendly. Great boat for price and service

Reinier was very accommodating with all arrangements. Zack our captain was wonderful and we had an amazing day on the water. I would highly recommend Reinier and would definitely contact him myself again. We had 12 people and there was lots of storage and room on the boat for what we wanted to do. Great Day on the water!

Captain Rei was wonderful while on the boat. Tried to rebook and he was very non-responsive. It’s a shame because we would have used him again. Don’t hold your breathe waiting for a response. I found it disappointing and unprofessional. Also note that he charges you $200+ cash while on board in captain and gas outside the Boatsetter quoted charge. Other than the above, it was a very nice experience.

Boat is great, beautiful and clean. Owner is very friendly and helpful. One issue - check description before pay because they have some tricky payment - $160 which is not included in final price. Nothing on Reiner, he mentioned this additional charges in description but you might not notice them.
Everything else - perfect and boat in really good condition.

The boat rental with Reinier made our vacation the ultimate experience. He was our Captain on the first day of our voyage to Elliott, Sands, and Boca Chita Keys. Reinier took us to the best snorkeling spots and most scenic places around three islands of Biscayne National Park. On the second day, Reinier let us drive his smaller boat (21 feet) on our own. His experience and knowledge made our trip safe and enjoyable. We will definitely come back and use his services next year. Thank you, Reinier!

I would highly recommend booking with Reiner Lopez. He is extremely professional and easy-going. I believe we need more people like him on this planet. As for the boat, we used it for some offshore diving in less than optimal conditions and the boat performed better than expected. The boat had tons of storage for our massive amount of gear and it was very stable in rough waters. I originally booked a small center-console and Reinier recommended we take the Monterey instead and I am certainly glad we took his advice. Reiner, from the bottom of my heart.....thanks so much for everything.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. We had an excellent experience booking from Reinier. It was my first time using BB and glad it went as smoothly as possible. The boat is in excellent shape, powerful and reliable motor, great sound system, and really spacious for easily 12 people. Cannot rave enough about how memorable and fun our charter with Reinier was. From booking last minute to adding additional friends, Reinier was extremely accommodating to all our requests. We initially booked this charter as a party of 2, but then added 3 more guests last minute. The boat was more than comfortable with 5 guests and the captain. It was also well kept and clean.

Reinier himself was extremely knowledgeable and put our chartering worries at ease. He handled our charter very professionally and was an expert on navigating and controlling the boat. On a personal level, it felt like Reinier was just another friend we invited on our charter. He is super down to earth and easy to relate to. It also helps we were all from the same home state!

For a full day charter we were able to swim at Haulover Sandbar (twice!), tour the Biscayne Bay (stops at Flagler Monument Island and Sandspur Island), and catch lunch at Shuckers Bar & Grill. For the boat we packed lots of snacks and drinks. As a tip, bring a small mini cooler with ice. This is what we did to keep our drinks and snacks cold. We even got to blast tunes from radio stations that played our preferred music.

Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable experience. We look forward to returning to Miami and booking with Reinier again!

Ray was the most welcoming host you could ask for. Used arrentals for a bachelorette event and although the weather was really not great, Ray was very flexible with time, keeping us up to date on weather. Available to answer any questions. He knows the waters well and gave us advice on Miami in general. Trusted him behind the wheel. A great guy and wonderful captain. A lot of fun for the day even though the weather was less than desirable. Would definitely use AR again!

Great boat

Capt Rey was super friendly and very customer oriented. He offered some great recommendations to visit around the area. The chart plotter onboard was very helpful. We visited Boca Chita lighthouse and then back up to Haulover. We had a great time. Would recommend.

Ray was an absolute pleasure to rent from, and we fell conpletely in love with his NauticStar 2200!

Great boat, clean and in excellent shape. Ray couldn't have been more helpful, delivering and picking up the boat on time, and was on call 24/7 to answer any questions. He's happy to help, anything from "how to I pair my phone to the boat Bluetooth?" to "Where's a good place on the water to eat?"

We will definitely be renting from Ray again!

Overall great experience! Ray does this as his full time job, so he dedicates all of his time and effort to serve his clients well. Communication was excellent and he was super responsive to all of my questions/concerns. The boat is in great shape and it accommodated 6 adults and two kids very comfortably. This was my first time using Boatbound and i must confess i was somewhat skeptical about my rental (price and boat seemed really good - in Miami u never know), but as soon as i called Reinier all my concerns were gone. Captain is very kind and made himself available at all times to clear our doubts - 100% customer service. I have rented boats several times before and this was the best value for the price, by far. The boat navigates really well and is more than enough to explore Miami waters. We were 8 and very comfortable. Will definitely rent again.
